Where do I even begin? Our entire website would not be what it is today without the incredible support of Allie. I’ve been deep in the trenches with Simplero, working through everything from linking calendars to Zoom to wrestling with custom HTML that sometimes broke the page entirely. Through all of it, Allie was there. She’s calm, kind, and seriously good at what she does. Whenever I hit a wall or felt overwhelmed, she made it feel like everything was figure-out-able. She even took the time to celebrate our relaunch with me, which meant more than she probably knows. That moment gave me a breath when I needed it. I also want to give a huge thank you to Kristina. We purchased some concierge hours, and because of her, we were able to grow our site and business in ways I didn’t think were possible. Kristina gave us the kind of clarity and confidence that helped us move forward without hesitation.
