Justine took over a task for me that I thought I should be able to do pretty easily. Why did I go down the DIY path, when all I had to do was ask for help from the beginning? What a relief to turn the job over to her and know that it would be completed properly. Next time, straight to Justine and her crew!

Over the years Simplero has become increasing easier to use with a very logical setup - once you get to know it. What I love most about Simplero though, is access to their personal professional support. There are no chatbot-gates you have to get through to get support from an actual human. And the support team is super fast in answering your questions, so you don't have to wait for days. Simplero might not be the cheapest option on the market, but it is very professional and personal which makes it a great offer if you want to build and expand your business.

Justine W. was very helpful and specific in resolving my email deliverability issue. She made sure things were working correctly and it is now resolved.

One thing I love about Simplero is there is always someone there to answer your posted Qs. Thank you Christina, Allie and Summer!
