Simplero migrated to a new platform for email traffic that required changes to a number of DNS configurations. I am not a technical person. Maria and the help staff tok on the role of udating my several domains and email address and everything was simple for me and works flawlessly. Lots of gratitude!

I am absolutely thrilled that I made the switch to Simplero! This platform has been a game-changer for my business - I've consolidated everything into one system that runs my entire operation, saving me significant money and countless headaches. What truly sets Simplero apart is their incredible support team. Justine, Olga, and Izabella have consistently gone above and beyond on every support ticket I've submitted. Their responsiveness, expertise, and genuine care for helping solve problems has been remarkable. They don't just answer questions - they provide thoughtful solutions and follow up to ensure everything is working perfectly. Special shoutout to Kristina on the Concierge team who has been phenomenal as well. The level of personalized service feels like having an extension of my own team. Before Simplero, I was juggling multiple platforms and paying far more for less functionality. Now I have everything I need in one place - courses, email marketing, sales funnels, membership sites, and more - all seamlessly integrated with world-class support backing it up. If you're considering Simplero, don't hesitate. The platform is robust, the pricing is fair, and the team behind it genuinely cares about your success. I couldn't be happier with my decision to switch!
