OMG!!!! If I could give a ZERO I would!! What incompetence and inconsistence policies! All I wanted to do is port my number out and asked for my account number....They asked me 30 minutes worth of security questions, I answered them all...then the customer service worker said. "For security purposes I cant give you information about your account number". I called back again to get a new Rep., and I get same crap. I asked for Supervisor and was told both times...."There is no Supervisor available right now!" This company go to Hell!!!

The merger with Verizon is the end of this phone service provider. Had service with them for over 5 years, they deleted my entire account history, points, everything just so they wouldn't have to provide the same plan I had. Spent days trying to get the "new sim" from Verizon to work with my phone. Then they made my husband's sim to his phone "incompatible " literally overnight for no reason other than to deny the same price we paid the previous month for service. He didn't switch his sim or touch it at all. Friday night it worked, Saturday it did not. Had thousands of points built up(which are supposed to be exchanged for free service), they deleted all of them. Asked to be transferred to another representative because I could not understand what they were saying (I usually could before although difficulty due to the strong accent) this time I could not and they could not understand what I was saying either, refused to transfer me to someone else so business could be conducted with mutual understanding. I am 100% positive they may be able to speak english but do not understand it or know what they are saying. I have to repeat the same thing 10xs then they say "yes that is what I asked you"...and it wasn't at all what they had said. The english comprehension isn't there. I have what some would consider a fairly large family of 12. Our relationship with simple mobile is officially done. Good luck verizon. Your rep was completely horrible in the states, now it's been wiped out. There is no accountability since the company is outsourced. In the U.S. you cannot legally do the things this company is, but because they are not located anywhere near the United States, I assume our standards and laws don't apply to them.

Leaving after 10 Years over 1 month of terrible Customer Service and my phone not working for an entire Month. It literally stopped working since they switched to Verizon, but swear up & down it's my phone and not the network switch. Funny how my phone works perfectly well on the Wifi, just not on their Data. Multiple attempts through the online chat with no help just the same repeat answer of text 611611 can't receive any media messages right now mind you and their only response is sorry for the inconvenience. Every time you get an actual agent on the line they will hang up when you ask questions they can't answer, do not expect a call back. This last agent on my 3rd attempt kept saying they were going to transfer my Sim Card and I asked what exactly that means if 1 Day my phone was compatible, then once Verizon is involved I need a new Sim Card but it's because of my phone. I finally said I was going to go in person to switch my Sim card to get information about the new carrier and they said I didn't have to do that. I said I was more comfortable with it since they are not answering questions. Then she said "ok goodbye, don't come back"

They are no help with anything and then when you say something about how you are being treated the get even more rude and push buttons and then hang up on you for no reason. They need to retrain their employees. I won’t be going through them again.

Why even hire customer service and waste money?! Those people don't understand what they are talking about or doing! It took to me a week and many hours to just get information to transfer my phone# to the different provider! That was a disaster! Stay away!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE….Ordered my husband a new phone because his current one has cracks in the screen. I never received an order confirmation email or anything. I call them today, they pretty much gave me the run around, the agent told me she found the transaction but not an order and that she didn’t have the option to issue a refund.

HORRIBLE, USELESS AND INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WORTHLESS WEBSITE FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN BUYING PHONES AND THEIR PROBLEMS (WHICH THEY MAKE YOURS)!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE IF YOUR MOVING FASTER THAN 3 MILES AN HOUR!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE UNLESS YOUR WITHIN A BLOCK OF A SERVICE TOWER!!! I'VE GOTTEN BETTER RELIABILITY FROM A PAIR OF $10 WALKIE TALKIES! THE WEBSITE SAYS THEY " THROTTLE YOUR DATA " AFTER YOU REACH YOUR LIMIT, IT SHOULD READ THAT THEY " CRIPPLE YOUR DATA "!!! SOMETIMES TAKES UP TO 10 MINUTES JUST TO LOAD A SEARCH PAGE! PHONE ISN'T THE PROBLEM, WORKS JUST FINE IF I'M NOT USING THEIR SERVICE!!! THEIR IDEA OF A MONTH ISN'T THE WORLD'S IDEA OF A MONTH!!! YOU PAY FOR SERVICE ON THE 11TH AND THEY SHUT IT OFF ON THE 10TH OF THE NEXT MONTH IF YOU HAVEN'T PAID EARLY!!! TREAT YOURSELF WITH SOME RESPECT AND GET YOUR SERVICE FROM ANYONE OTHER THAN "A SIMPLE MOBILE" !!! THIS EXCUSE FOR " PHONE SERVICE " SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED AND REGULATED BY THE GOVERNMENT, SOMETHING'S NEED TO BE! IN JAPAN EVERYONE HAS HIGH SPEED 5G SERVICE FOR A FRAAACTION OF WHAT WE GET TAKEN FOR EVERY MONTH!!! "SIMPLEST IMMOBILE" IS THE SADDEST AND SORRIEST EXCUSE FOR A PHONE PROVIDER, COMPANY, EVERYTHING THE U.S. HAS TO OFFER IT'S OWN PEOPLE!!!

Phone Operator was very rude, I yelled, and hung up.. This lady(employee) called me back and ask for me then said LIKEWISE... The next operator wouldn't transfer me to Corporate for a complaint on last operator he said my EXCUSE WASN'T GOOD ENOUGH.. I'm so upset to be treated so Rudely.
