Terrible service, I'm one of the frustrated customer.

Hold your phone number hostage won't allow you to transfer the number. You have to have current service to transfer the number. You have to pay for one months service to get your phone number to transfer.

Oh my god. I cannot even start to explain how bad this company is. Stupendously bad. Customer support and the web ordering system is a joke. First time in my life I placed and order, was charged for this order, and now no history of that order exists. Nobody can remove the charge and nobody can find my product and it is hard to communicate with customer service. Quitting these guys and will fight the charge with MasterCard. I never even got confirmation emails for order (which contain order Id). So, was charged money for nothing.

Trying to get them to unlock my phone as it's been 12 months. Was told last week that I am eligible to unlock and to expect it in 48 hours. 9 days later I call and they now tell me it will be another month. I was ultimately hung up on by customer service. Their website is a mess and won't show the status of the account. Don't go to them, use a more reputable company.

Probably the worst customer service you can imagine, they cant access my account for 3 days in a row and they keep telling my they will transfer me to another department but it always disconnects!

Worst service provider ever If not like the worst in general. Customer service is non existent. Don’t know anything In general. THE WORST THING THE SECURITY ISSUE. SO MANY PPL LOOSE EVERYTHING CUS NO SECURITY, which means someone can take over your number and switch provider and get in your personal info with u just suffering. I will never go back to this trashy service again. Please stay away. I had service with them for 11+ years.

The WORST ! Every negative review you see on here is without a doubt 100% accurate ! They are garbage !!!!!!!! They need to get their ish together or save us all the trouble and close down the company. It’s a shame honestly, didn’t think ANY company would be this BAD, no Jackson !

Absolutely the worst possible way to go you are better off with nothing than these people I wish I'd never wasted money. I'm porting my number and ditching this piece of shhht phone with worlds worst customer service I'd buy a phone plan and phone from a random guy in Pakistan trying to sell me an auto warranty before I spent another dime with them. I won't be tied up with them another hour and thud hunk of shht is going in escambia Bay I would not urinate on them if they was on fire
