I was told by two customer service representative that I have unlimited if get a bigger plan so I did and that was not true and in 3days I did have what was told to me and they say they can't do anything about it no return of my money or fix the problem I wouldn't put not a dime on them again (new phone company here I come

Update; July 15,2026 i was able to spoke to an agent and they will give me refund but it's over a week now and I haven't got anything yet. It's terrible! I ordered a brand new A16 Samsung Galaxy phone June 6 and I haven't got it yet. I called many times but it's not getting resolved, their reply in process at the shipping department. I asked for refund but the answer is no. I don't know what other options I can do.

The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because customer service through chat has really done everything they can to help me when I have an issue. A problem I recently discovered is that if I turn on wifi calling the next time I reconnect to my wifi my service disappears. Sim status said service disconnected. Took me a few days to figure it out. Turned off my wifi calling and back to no problems. I would be happier with this service if I could get more than one bar when at home. I sometimes have to go outside to talk on the phone because I'm coming in choppy for the person I'm talking to.

I was planning to buy an IPhone 11 through Simple Mobile, but wanted to keep my current service provider. I called and asked if that was possible, and they said that would be fine. So I ordered the phone, and after it came, I called to ask for them to unlock it so that I could use my other service. However, they told me this time that I would have to pay a $300 fee or wait 12 months under their service before I could get it unlocked and use another provider:(

When I first got my SM flip-phone everything was great. Now for about two months I've been getting delayed text messages from friends and businesses...sometimes I won't receive a text from someone for several days after they sent it. One day I got 16 text messages all at once that were all backed up in the system! I'm getting a new phone from a different carrier.

I have been with Simple Mobile for nearly 3 years. As far as coverage goes; I've had a few a qlitchy issues that I've figured out usually are a simple fix; adjusting the APN settings manually. This can be done by 'simply' searching the latest APN settings through your browser. I will be the first to admit; the customer service reps are totally 'SCRIPTED",maybe even 'AI'..However, I DO know for a fact that the same reps answer calls for Straight Talk and least a handful of companies..One day I called and they said 'Thank you for choosing Walmarts exclusive Straight talk.. And many of my friends and guests in my home that have service with one of the exclusive 'lifeline providers' can not seem to get a signal inside my home; yet mine rarely has any issues unless there has been great evidence of sign being "externally intercepted. The phone plans price are great, only company I've ever had that you can earn rewards on minute tasks that can ACTUALLY be exchanged for for service and or phone. Yes- customer service is a poor excuse for call reps; however, I fear this is and will soon be what we'll have to deal with; regardless.. So take notes everyone! This will be the new NORM.. Be safe n SMILE! Lately, service is great so I'm not looking g forward to changing SIM and device carrier.. Can we wait to Be sure it is all figured first..putting mine off as long as will be tolerated..

Cheap service that works.. sometimes. If you ever need emergency help there's a good chance you'll die if you have Simple Mobile. not kidding.

shipping is a lie , was supposed to be free fed ex 2 day shipping but they really use fed ex home delivery which takes a week and is same as ground . they keep giving me the run around that its fed x fault and act like they dont know the difference between 2 day service and fed ex home delivery .
