Simple mobile needs to be investigate no supervision when needed and they keep changing your due date. This is under Verizon you need to do a better job of supervision who you have a contact with no wonder this service has a low rating!!!!

This is a completely horrible phone service. I have problems with these guys every other day. I pay my phone bill on time. It is on auto fuel. My phone never works. My data never works. This phone plan is just completely awful like I don’t understand it. I have to call. The customer. Service is horrible. They’re completely horrible. I just don’t understand like please do not come to this phone company. I pay $60 every month and my phone still does not work I’m done and I’m switching my phone.

Have been with Simple Mobile for 2 years. Wasted 15 minutes on phone today with useless "customer service" individual. I just wanted to confirm that they have my latest debit card for my auto pay payment. I asked for a supervisor and was put on what I call "layaway". Hung up and decided to email instead. Spent some time trying to find an email address for Simple Mobile; it does not exist and the "email link" on their webiste is a dead link.

I was told by two customer service representative that I have unlimited if get a bigger plan so I did and that was not true and in 3days I did have what was told to me and they say they can't do anything about it no return of my money or fix the problem I wouldn't put not a dime on them again (new phone company here I come

SCAM! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN DON'T PROVIDE THE SERVICE! I WENT FROM $24.64 A MONTH, THEN ADDED HOT-SPOT FOR A TOTAL OF $56.87 AND IT DOES NOT WORK! SPENT OVER 4HRS ON THE PHONE, TALKING TO 9 EMPLOYEES! NONE OF WHICH COULD PROVIDE ADEQUATE ASSISTANCE!

I honestly wouldn’t even rate them a ONE STAY simply because I was on the line with a customer service representative and he disconnected my phone service in the mist of the call , even when I asked for a supervisor he was very rude and nasty. My phone keeps getting turned off in the mist of my bill of 30 days and i’m very unsatisfied!

I activated the phone 3+ weeks ago. The service only works from my end. I havent received ANY calls,texts or verification codes. Still! The one rep they have promised a call back in 4 hours? Who says that. They never called. This company is fraudulent. I lost opportunities, my long time number, and money. In evert aspect Simple mobil is THE WORST cell phone company nonprovider.
