changed wifes number without telling and discontinued it ( we had paid for it month advance even) , we lost all our important accesses (since most things WANT mobile identification).. no other way to verify to get full access.. DO NOT get this AT ALL. ( been trying to call the CSR's for over a week, so far 13th person who ASKS our IME and all again... , they seem to not save ANYTHING to themselves???

Simple mobile changed my plan without my permission or even informing me and I wasted $45.they throttled my data when I was supposed to be on unlimited.now they refuse to fix this problem.they will not even talk to you.when you call simple mobile to fix problems they connect you to straight talk or verizon.it took me a week to get in touch with them.then when I did they refuse to listen.before you sign up please call 228-235-6940.Better yet just call at&t.much better service.

If I could give this service a zero I could but don't use simple mobile, all these 1 star reviews are true and it is a scam/waste of money. I've been using the service for a year and a year straight my phone barely worked. I could barely call, text or even receive the calls/ messages. Recently my phone service doesn't work at all and they told me to get the free Verizon phone card never came in the mail. I'm not calling back cause I called costumer service 4 times twice was the auto service before actually speaking to someone and the auto service hung up twice then I talked to two customer service people one guy told me to reset my phone or shut it off for a few hours and I did that nothing worked. The second person was a girl I told her I called 4 times now trying to get my phone working and no one has really helped me. She told me to take the free month of Verizon service then said call back when you get it actually no don't call us back at all and we will get ahold of you. They never called back so I'm angry my phone hasn't worked for 2 weeks and it's been 2 weeks since I called costumer service. Please don't waste your money using this service,the costumer service doesn't help you and they treat you terribly so if you don't want my experience go for a better service.

Horrible! In América for 2 weeks on holidays and thought about getting a SIM card. Guy in a pharmacy recommended this mob. I can't believe this thing is allowed to stay in business in the mighty USA. It's a rip off and scam. Wasted and lost 30 US dollars with this scam. Now I can say I've been robbed by a scam business in the USA. Don't ever buy those 1 dollar SIM card.

If you're thinking of using this service, do not. Worst customer service, coverage became abysmal, treats loyal customers for years like garbage, goes back on thier word because thier word means nothing. You can barely understand most customer service reps, they always get your info wrong. They'll tell you what you want to hear just to rush you off the phone. One of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. You get what you pay for...if you're already using thier service, I suggest you find another one. I asked for the free Verizon SIM card because they're switching towers from TMobile to Verizon, the free card comes with a month of free service. They never sent the sim card after requesting 3 times, they lied and said it shipped but never received it because they probably don't want to give you the free month. There's other companies you can spend your money with that believe in customer loyalty.

After Simple Mobile merged with Verizon, transferring my sim to Verizon was the worst experience that I ever had, 3 days without my phone working because of some issue with the network. Without service, call customer service, then hold you on the phone for 3-4 hours not to mention customer representatives are unknowledgeable and were very rude I can imagine also their frustration trying to solve issues from countless people calling them. I had finally given up and decided not to fix the issue anymore but to just transfer my service to a much cheaper and better service...way better service that it took me only a minute to transfer my number (NO KIDDING). Leaving them was probably the best decision that I made. It was a relief that I don't have to call them anymore and be on the phone for hourrssssssssssss (LIKE LITERALLY) and never solved the issue.

All I can tell you is do not put the new sim card in your phone. I've been trying to fix my phone for 3 weeks now. Can't call ,can't text no service.all you get are rude CS people that tell you it's your phone BS . I say we all get together and call channel 7 news and report them, IT'S A SCAM to make you buy a new phone.

Just because they combined with verzion i cannot use my fuk!ing phone until they send a new sim card like thIS STUPID ASS COMPANY IS a SCAM AND A PIECE OF FUK!NG SH!T !!! NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN OR GET NEW PEOPLE THAT SPPEAK FUk!NG ENGLISH WITH THEIR STUPID ILLITERATE ASSES !!!
