Just purchased a Sim Kit and $75 Truly Unlimited Plan to discover that it was not compatible with my Samsung Galaxy A53 series device like it claimed it was. They sell exactly the same phone, and claim compatibility, yet could not give me a sensible reason as to why they rejected it. One reason I received was a joke: 'phone was not scanned properly when purchased....' What the????? STUPID.

Do not by Simple mobile card bcz they dont trained there employee n there employee do not give right information to the customer. I have converted my 2 lines from lyca to simple mobile thinking to get family plan but these people dont know about the plan spoken to gia and michael and its been more then 2 months i did not get the family plan only trouble from these people n banging my head y i transfer my line to simple mobile. so guys highly recomendation do not take simple mobile service they tell u diffen=rent on website n give u different.

When I first got my SM flip-phone everything was great. Now for about two months I've been getting delayed text messages from friends and businesses...sometimes I won't receive a text from someone for several days after they sent it. One day I got 16 text messages all at once that were all backed up in the system! I'm getting a new phone from a different carrier.

Simple mobile phones are horrible,my son could never dial out. I only had the phone for 20 days with only 3 days working if that and I called to switch to another network. Then they had the never to TRY and make me pay $175 to unlock the phone...I will never buy, refer, or suggest a simple anything....this is the weakest phone company every with crappy service from overseas. Even setting up the dumb phone took an hour

It was okay, until they went from TMobile to Verizon. They did send a complimentary SIM card for that. With that being said, it's not working. I was on the line with them yesterday and they said I needed a new SIM card and that someone would be calling me, to get the details to send one. Nobody called. So, I chatted with them today and stated the issue. They said someone would call in 30 minutes. It's been 5 hours. Nobody called. I called them and stated that I was directed to talk about resending another SIM and they wanted to go through the whole process I went through again, from yesterday. I'm not doing that. I see that Mint Mobile has amazing reviews, so I will pay for a whole new sim card, rather than deal with this. What infuriates me the most, is that we just got the original sim, like 2 months ago. We only paid one month on it, before they turned into a hot mess. The Customer Support is nice, but they absolutely do not follow through. You have to be the one to do that part.

the worst phone company ever . sick of them, they trick me and charge card for service that I am not using and do not want to refund money . They need to shut down. Worst ever . never again .
