My name is Peda Stevanovic and I have been Simple mobile user for years. Do to my low income I wanted to enroll into ACP program. I have filed and been approved several times but every time that service was supposed to start I've been given a runaround of having to apply again although already been approved, giving proof of my income, or some technical problem or telling me that my service should start in 7 to 10 business days, and nothing happens. As I said I have been molested by this people so much that I have like 7 different enrolment numbers, and I can provide at least 3 of those that I was assigned when enrolling and that I got approved on. But none of that meter now. They just go on charging me automatically for my usual plan. After all this time and effort on my part I think that this is just a publicity stunt and that they had no intention of relieving anybody of some of their connectivity costs. Issue like this cannot be not resolved after this much runaround. I'm leaving Simple scam mobile and avoiding any other part of Version pie. Thanks for leading me by the nose for 4 months.

I bought their phone. It did not have the features advertised. I stopped service. All within 2 hours. I got charged for monthly payment. I called and challenged the charge and was told it was stopped. I was charged a second monthly payment. I called and they started reading their script. They got angry and when I told them that the script didn't apply and said that the word script was inappropriate and hung up. This is their definition of customer service.

very unhelpful, i can do more than they can do. they said i needed to update my sim??.bought the "updated ' version, and it made my phone useless, no service. so they couldnt fix the issue of no service,really?!

I hate these people so much. First, you’re not going to get ahold of anyone you understand, every customer service representative is heavily accented and speaks very broken English. I bought a phone that I didn’t know was sim locked to their service, called to ask them to unlock it and they said sure! For 300 bucks. 300 dollars to unlock my sim from their service. I said screw that, I’ll just use this service because that’s outrageous. Now, my service has been turned off with no update or warning, I had no idea it would be turned off and had no idea that it was turned off at all except I got an email from my EMPLOYER letting me know my phone was out of service and they couldn’t get ahold of me. Mortifying. I hate this company so much. Terribly run and frankly evil they don’t even deserve the one star they do have. As soon as I’m able to switch I am.

I want to do no fawkin starsss tbh but this website said otherwise anywayssss I fu*#in hate them don’t get 5h*t under them nothinnnn soo I wanted to switch my phone number and plan to my new phone that I bought they made me buy a whole SIM card just to get the run around otp phone for 3 hrs straight gettin hung up on I called back to back every time was so over it just for me to call back and now nobody can help I hate them HATEEEEEE AND ANA JEREMY AND ANGELIA WHO WORKED THERE I REMBER YALL NAMES AND YALLL CAN SUCK A FAT DICK IF YALLL SEE THESE REVIEWS IDGAF all I wanted was my paid phone number on my new phone and y’all couldn’t help? I had what supposed to been the truly unlimited plan before Verizon bought the company , now I have the regular unlimited plan but the price still the same and my phone always bluffing tried to contact support but they only tired troubleshooting which didn't work and restarting my phone which also didn't work and said it was nothing else they could try so I would be going to a different carrier since my bill due in a few days

Total garbage. Use anyone but this company. Near impossible to close an account, they charge credit cards monthly and I have no way to cancel (as I moved overseas) the APP never works so can not use this to cancel. As I said it is pathetic garbage. Score 1 out of 100 with zero customer service. If you read this, don't even consider using this service. Look at the star review, it is a 1 out of 5 here. Thats says something
