Stay away. Absolutely garbage. This is a third world backyard operation. After calling a week prior to inform i was going to be in Italy and needed coverage, agent confirmed i was all set. Arrived in Italy to find out I can’t use the phone as they don’t cover italy.

I was planning to buy an IPhone 11 through Simple Mobile, but wanted to keep my current service provider. I called and asked if that was possible, and they said that would be fine. So I ordered the phone, and after it came, I called to ask for them to unlock it so that I could use my other service. However, they told me this time that I would have to pay a $300 fee or wait 12 months under their service before I could get it unlocked and use another provider:(

07/12-07/16 2023 Major problem was activating mobile service (w. Verizon); only had WIFI. Spoke to 6 technicians by phone over 4 days; no results. Not one of them asked me a clarifying question - just followed their rote instructions. One wanted me to reboot my sim card. When I just asked her where it was (new phone right) ... she went off on me in a very condescending way. I'm masters educated but I am not technically savvy about phones. Also, clearly using international technicians ... talking slower will help, plus I had a hard time hearing one of them. Finally found help online (a real person I believe) who tried a couple new things (VPN was the solution). Appreciated her questions about the problem, patience and ability to solvedthe issue. I have liked Simple Mobile for years. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing to say the least.

Customer service is awful. They upgraded their network and I needed a new SIM. After wasting hours of getting bounced around departments and being promised they would send out the new SIM plus going months without inbound calls, I got no resolution. Off shore help desk and too many hoops to jump through. BEWARE!

This is hands down the worst cell phone company in the history of human existence. Please do not do yourself the misery and folly of trying to sign up with this subpar company. They are clearly a disgrace in their field.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORIBLE. I added a card to renew my data and I didn't get the data for several hours, first the lady told me I needed a new Verizon SIM card which was totally wrong!! Then I hung up and went to the website to get help. I told them what happened multiple times but the agent kept asking me what I wanted them to do then they stopped the chat. Very rude and will be switching to at&t.

This is the worse telephone company ever I don't recommend anyone use this company. They constantly hang up on you after they can't give you no satisfaction. When they transfer you to corporate they are saying the same thing without a solution. I've had this service for 3 days and after the sim card stopped working.
