Terrible service! website doesn't work at all.

Trash customer service ever in hole United States, trash data service, I call three times they talked 30 seconds and they disconnected my phone, don’t take this trash service Simple mobile, I strongly suggest everyone move other companies, never ever buy this service,I called them for data add dated, may, 11th morning around 10:30 am All three call cut off buy customer representative, just trash company,

Bought a new prepaid phone and got everything ready to activate. Typed in the SIM card number and got to the login page. The funny part showed up! When I hit register, it said my email had already existed. When I hit the log in button, it said my email doesn’t exist. When I change to my own phone to sign up, it said no SIM card number found. It just have every obstacle for me to get over, which one would never be able to get over. Return and got refunded at Target! I would never ever use this ridiculous service.

So my service has sucked ever since TracFone sold out to Verizon. I called Simple Mobile to see what the issue is they said that I required a SIM card or a new SIM card they were supposed to send me one for free never did, so I called back a couple months later and they were supposed to send me another one they lied and I was just speaking with the gentleman as of March 5th 2023 at 9:55 p.m. who hung up on me and left me a non-ringing voicemail so he called me back but went directly to my voicemail through his voicemail and left me a message to where I couldn't talk to him yet he was supposed to be investigating what happened I hope he gets fired your service sucks is a SIM card only cost $0.99 then it should be given to me as it was a requirement for your service after I already paid $55 for the simply anything plan. I would never recommend your service to anybody. Also idk why you are trying to rig the date but i already stated it was on 5/5/23 @955pm

The lady assigned to me had hung up on my 6 times and tried to scam out of a SIM card and that’s why she hung up on me cause I don’t want the SIM card

They suck!!!! Stay away!

If no star was possible for this scam. I bought a sim card from Simple Mobile, and it worked for one day, and then it turned off. I have called them numerous times and no one can actually help. NEVER EVER buy sim cards from this company. It is an absolute scam.

This company is a joke. I have literally been on the phone with them for hours. Turning on and off my phone. The latest is let your phone sit for thirty minutes and then it should work. Call back scheduled. What a waste of 50 bucks to get a local SIM card while in in the USA. DO NOT USE SIMPLE MOBILE. Choose any other company… this company wastes your time. !!!
