They hang up on you all the time. The start helping you then just hang up during helping. We called because we where having troubles with our hotspot, they answer and we tell them whats wrong then they hang up in the middle of the conversation for no reason. We had this problem from Jul 7th to today

Worst service i had ever received. I sugget no body to buy this simple plan. I lost my sim and trying to get the new one with same phone number . For that i bought one more new sim. At last both didn’t work. And the customer service they provide is worst service in the universe. I lost my money time. And i told them to stop my auto payment; the funny part is they said they can’t i have to go to bank to do it. Regret taking choosing this simple family. Everyone be aware.😡😡😡

Called customer service 3 days in a row. Spoke to 20 agents. Just continued to give me the same script. The Sim card being t-mobile is outdated, and I needed to get a new Verizon Sim. I go to best buy and get one. I try activating it..they say the new Sim card is NOT Verizon compatible..when it clearly states it on the card Sim is sold on. After 3 days and about 8 hours and like half the reps hanging up on me, decided to take my business elsewhere. Just because a company is bought out..doesn't mean the existing customers should have to suffer. WORST customer service dealing w broken English foreigners. NEVER buy anything from these people.

Similar to other reviews, they force you to switch to their new Verizon sim which doesn't support voicemail or wifi calling. I called for support and they permanently deactivated my service/number instead without warning. I renewed 3 days ago. Never use this service.

Beware of their poor customer service I was hung up on over 10 times and they terminated my service without even telling me. All I wanted to do was port in a new number and they ended up canceling my service and denying the number port stating I needed a new sim because they changed over to Verizon. They also stated I needed to pay a new plan because mine was canceled and no refunds on my previous plan they terminated.

I lost my phone and couldn't receive the code to transfer the old number and service to my new phone. I tried calling simple mobile customer service for help several times. But I was frustrated to be repeatedly lied to by several agents. The first was a woman with an Indian accent. When it came to the final question to complete verifying my account. She asked me to tell her the last 4 digits for 2 phone numbers that I called or texted 3 times in the past 60 days. The first phone number I told her was my dads number I call every other day, and the 2nd number was the gas company I call to make payments. To my surprise she told me both numbers had failed verification. I told her that first number should have passed because I call my dad frequently and I've used it in the past to help verify the account. But she claimed it failed, which I knew wasn't true. I felt she wasn't being honest with me and I hung up and decided to call back to ask someone else for help. But I noticed each time I called as soon as the recording transferred me to speak with a live agent, I could hear the agent introduce themselves, but they would quickly hang up the phone, this happened 3 times in a row. When I finally got through to a live agent it was a man with an Indian accent. And this time when it got to the part when I give him the last 4 digits for 2 numbers called from the lost phone I tried my dads number again and a utility company I remember calling 4 times in a week. I was sure those numbers should pass verification. But the agent lied and said their system is down for daily maintenance and I have to wait for 39 minutes for another agent to call me back from a 1900 number to complete the verification of my account. How do I know the agent lied? Because it was a Saturday evening June 10th and while I waiting for the 39 minutes to pass I went to simple mobile website to ask a chat agent about how often their system is down for maintenance. And the chat agent told me once a week on Sundays. And after waiting the 39 minutes for a call back from the phone agent. It turned out to only be an automated call with a recording saying simple mobile customer service was now closed and to call back during regular business hours. And of course their chat agent couldn't help verify my account either because he claimed they don't have access to accounts, which is another LIE, because I lost my phone in the past and a chat agent helped verify the account and transferred the service to the new phone. This is literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Their agents are dishonest and two faced. I've decided it's not worth using simple mobile anymore, there are many other better service carriers out there.
