Super customer service. Enjoy the thought of being protected. Very comfortable on my wrist.

I have 94 year old dad and 92 year old mom. Tried a number of safety devices. Best overall is lively mobile. We found the fall detection to be less than perfect so tried silvertree. Terrible!!! First not really clear how it works. You cannot talk to human. Overly sensitive goes off 3 x a day false alarm. Apple Watch better than this !!!

We love the look of this product and all of the features offered. Our only complaint is that the battery on the wrist band was advertised to last up to two weeks and we do not find that to be true. We do not even get a full week it. We have to pay attention to the battery life on the app because our mother does not really know how to manage this.

We just started using this with my Mother who lives alone. It's pretty easy to set up minus a glitch/user error. It's great b/c the charge lasts a long time and it's lightweight and doesnt beep or flash.

Excellent service and very fast response time.

The device is "cool" and the service is a comfort. The response is dependable. Customer service has been great for answering questions and assisting my care team get onboard.

Don't like the fact that there isn't a color warning on device that it needs charging. Don't like that there isn't a blinking light to let you know that it is working

So far I have not had an emergency with my Silvertree, thank God. I took advantage of yearly rate for monitoring. Customer service has been prompt and helpful. Poor battery life, am allergic to the wrist band causing itchy rash. Comfortable to wear tho. Will reconsider at the end of year subscription as I am concerned at the lack of a microphone in wrist unit.
