Battery life is poor charging it every 2 to 3 days. Many false alarms can be seated and goes into alarm mode. Another time throwing ball for my dog went into alarm mode. Tonight took dog out came in took something out of microwave, felt it buzzing/alarm . Turn off showed green which means off. Sitting in living room hear siren from police car? Next thing I know doorbell rings Fireman at door they received call from Silvertree. Fireman very kind, but I was embarassed... False Alarm goes off 3 to 4 times a week. Usually easy to turn off, but turned off tonight showed green which means canceled and Firemen showed up. About month ago fell outside alarm did not go off. Battery was very low like 5-10%, but still should of gone off. Time to look for new system. Time to look for different system!!

I have had the silvertree braclet for 2 DAYS! First full day battery died for unknown reason. Second day amber light started flashing and ran the battery down in a matter of hours. I will say they do explain that if the bracelet can't connect to heaven I will have this issue where I will have to charge it everyday. I love the concept but needs tons of work. By the way it is connected to my wireless and all my lights are green. I am not going to give up yet, but please help! Day 2 I feel off the bed the night I did my review. It was hard enough to consider a hard fall. I was worried that the band was going to set out a fall notice. Only to find out during the night due to the above issue the band was dead. Thank God I was able to get up. I put the band on the charger. Fast forward to 11:00 am I looked at the band on the app and it was a 100%charged. I noticed the flashing amber light was gone! It's now 11:30 pm band is at 95%.no flashing lights. Working the way it was intended. So I guess one way is let the band go dead, and what ever is wrong will correct itself. Happy guy!

Since I bought this device about a month ago, it has gone off at least 10 times without my moving ... at pumping gas, driving, just sitting, etc.. I have tried to set up an appt with the company but that has failed. It would be wonderful if it were to operate correctly. I had difficulty shutting off the amber light which usually blinks red. I feel like the little boy who cried wolf because my team is getting alerted so often. This weekend took the cake. I received an alert, couldnt' turn off my device. Long story short a policeman was alerted and they were given an address and sent to the wrong house blocks away. I had to get a new phone because my other cell phone wasn't compatible with the system. Now I have a device that isn't working properly and had to spend over $200 for a new phone because I wanted to subscribe to this company. I've since changed my mind. I'm going to switch companies so I just notified Silvertree that I am canceling my subscription and, so far, they haven't contacted me to ask "why." If I had so many false alarms, surely many others are also, There is a definite problem in the system.

I have had 6 false alarms all while doing everyday tasks such as brushing teeth, vacuuming, driving. My contact person has issues connecting to the site to cancel the alarms. I usually don’t feel the vibrations so I am not able to cancel it myself. The battery only lasts 3-4 days. It might be good for someone who sits in a chair all day.

We purchased this device for my husband who uses a walker (our adult children suggested it) 1. It doesn't seem to keep a charge for long. 2. One little bump on the top and I am getting texts from the kids, thinking my husband has fallen. 3. My husband has lost so much weight the device is a tad bulky
