Two years ago i took the liberty of contacting Sihoo marketing division to do an unboxing video for a TikTok channel with a large number of subscribers. This ended up in an automated reply stating someone will contact me soon… i did not hear from anyone in a timely fashion. As i still was eager to review and use the product, i decided to purchase a C300 myself and have been using this for about two years with pleasure now. In that time the chair took a daily beating as office desk-chair giving me the ability to focus and/or relax while behind my desk. As all products may suffer inconsistency and weakspots, mine decided to present me with a technical flaw and once again i had to contact Sihoo for support, but this time the aftersales/support department. As the issue could have been solved with spare parts, they were not able to provide me the required replacements within a short time and offered me a new chair in stead. This is currently being shipped out to my address, but i recon the delivery will be equally positive as the first time….. tbd if the ending isn’t as expected I guess?

J'ai reçu le fauteuil en moins d'une semaine. Le montage était un peu délicat mais sans problème réel, Sihoo avait même eu la bonne idée se fournir un exemplaire supplémentaire pour chaque vis ou rondelles (beaucoup de fabricants devraient prendre exemple !). J'avais encore quelques questions après le montage et le service concerné m'a répondu très vite et très aimablement. Après, vu le nombre possible de réglages, le fauteuil m'a demandé une petite prise en main, mais une fois trouvées les bonnes configurations, ce fut du pur bonheur. Mes lombaires ne me font plus souffrir et mon hernie discale se fait oublier. L'assise est très ferme mais finit par me faire oublier mes fessiers sensibles et le soutien lombaire m'a carrément bluffé. Je pourrais dire qu'il manque un réglage pour la tension du dossier ou la rotation du fauteuil, ou bien que les accoudoirs pourraient descendre un cran plus bas, mais compte tenu du prix qui est très inférieur à celui de la concurrence sans sacrifier la qualité ou le confort, ce serait faire un mauvais procès à ce fauteuil que je me félicite d'avoir acheté et dont je ne peux plus me passer. I bought one of these chairs which I must add had excellent build quality and easy to assemble actually. After changing my mind just due to personal preference after about a month, the Sihoo customer service were absolutely superb, considering the ache of returning a huge chair they assisted me with 2 shipping labels and constant correspondence, very quick replied and just made the process super easy. Would recommend trying this brand as you can easily return the items.

La Sihoo M57 n'est pas du tout adaptée au travail bureautique et au Gaming, je regrette l'achat. Le dossier est trop en arrière donc beaucoup de tension au niveau du haut de dos et des cervicales et le support lombaire n'est d'aucune utilité. Autant acheter un produit un peu plus cher mais de bonne qualité!
