Nice service, but very hard to audit. I had multiple instances of odd behaviour following leaders that couldn’t be explained easily.

BAD, BAD, BAD, they change everything in fee structure during one run, firstly HWM, now AUM, You try to do Your best to keep HWM and now all is put in a recycle bin, all they want is MONEY, NO good at all ;(

Terrible fail of new interface. Old one was good because everything could be seen at once. Now you have to have do a lot of clicking I still cannot find some functions. Managing cold storages is nightmare! I'm not staying after my period I've paid ends. So sad...

Very bad.Running a business but ignoring what your customers wants. One year and HWM and payment system not fixed but instead swept the problem under a carpet and got rid of it.Zero customer support on these problems.
