Kudos to Shrimy!
I love Shrimpy so far. They have great customer service for one - that's really not something you find in the crypto world. Also their platform is easy to use and really there's not anything else like it out there. Kudos to Shrimy - yay!

Shrimpy is a whole new world of crypto trading for me: Risky, yes, but a great opportunity to participate in crypto markets and benefit from experienced traders without knowing much about technical analysis myself. Profits speak for themselves - especially during bull markets.

Honestly
Honestly, platforms great, does what's described. Problem is I had an annual recurring subscription on and forgot to turn it off. My bad, usually I just contact support and get a refund. Not this time due to the "refund policy". Oh well 84 quid down the drain.

Keep high water mark
The high water mark is/was a pain point yes, but just getting rid of it is not a good solution. I would suggest making improvements to it and keeping it as an option

We want to make sure that all of our users are satisfied with their experience, but that is unfortunately not possible. We spoke with our customers and found that the HWM was a big pain point and we did not feel it was right to keep it in place at this time. This platform is a complete chaos
This platform is a complete chaos. They‘re putting a lot of time into actively encourageing leaders to charge a fee which they get a share from. But the HWM system is a complete mess, they are unable to get it to work and many followers got ripped off. Instead of fixxing the HWM issue within a year of time they suddenly changed the fee system without any announcements. I think they really SUCK at software development (I‘m a dev myself and its just ridiculous to see how long it takes for them to get the most trivial stuff to work) and only focus on how to make as much money as possible from the users.
