Good concept but leaders performance does not correlate. Followed a few top performers and I constantly lost money while it showed they made very good returns. I even upgraded to a premium package to have less lag. I ended up loosing upwards of 20k

The app stucks very often, no rebalances, no graph updates, presenting false data, etc. Problems persist for over a year and all the team is doing is changing the frontend layout (to worse).

Last year there were quit a lot of glitches which often resulted in financial losses for me. When i expressed my irritation in the chat... i was simply bannend from all chat functionalities.

The idea is great, the team is trying hard but it seems they're having trouble with the equipment during bitcoin market rush as it's not reliable.. doesn't rebalance. Also on FTX the rebalance was not functioning on the chosen coins at all. They need to fix that.

Terrible fail of new interface. Old one was good because everything could be seen at once. Now you have to have do a lot of clicking I still cannot find some functions. Managing cold storages is nightmare! I'm not staying after my period I've paid ends. So sad...

I love Shrimpy on the surface, It's a Great idea and I really want it to work, It's easy to read, very straightforward, easy to navigate and very user friendly... Dig a bit deeper however, and you'll find that it is a is buggy mess with Rebalances that often get stuck rebalancing for hours (if they even rebalance at all), Coins that don't trade when you remove or add them, and The API often takes hours to update balances to show correct numbers. nearly every time I trade or rebalance I've had to go into the exchange to check and make manual trades because the rebalance either got stuck or a coin didn't buy or sell. Seriously though, why do I need the shrimpy service if I have to check the exchange to make sure trades were made every time?...You'll also find that the service is taken down quite frequently for reasons they ALWAYS claim as no fault of theirs and when you contact support, they always claim they couldn't find a problem, the lack of accountability is mind boggling... I mean if you plan on charging $19-$199 per month, the product needs to work flawlessly rather than a buggy, slow mess that only works half the time, especially when peoples money is on the line.. Shrimpy would probably be a fabulous 5 star product here on Trust pilot if they would just fix some of the core problems mentioned here that people have been complaining about for years...

I am pretty sceptical between what they say in their backtests and the reality of their service. On the paper it seems very interesting, but after paying their one year package and used it for two weeks, their platform is very laggy, don't even try to open the chat support window.. It updates your purchase quite long time after doing it, refresh, back to previous page and even open an other tab. Shrimpy makes some sell and buy orders here and there, but it's far from accurate. So many times it buys BTC then sell it, without purchasing the other coins, rising the fees expenses we would expect to reduce with it. While diversifying all my portfolio evenly ( same % for all cryptos I always end up with one more than the others, Btc in 97% of the cases) It might be because the script has some restriction like maximum spread or slippage, But nothing let you know about that, also they could add a lot of data analysis to see how perform one coin compare to others. In the end I am really wondering at which point this platform is doing a good job at rebalancing. I check the order book and many times it stops after trying only few time. No feedbacks of the actions. Could be nice to have a chart showing the comparison with just holding the assets. To me the platform is still in beta version. Lot of potential, but I don't want to feel too much scammed for what I paid.
