Never been able to log into account. Forgot password does not work. Emailed multiple times won’t cancel without logging in. When requesting forgot password does not send. Months being billed without being able to stop it. Never used or been able to use the software. Probably the worst customer service ever experienced.

Hello there! I am sorry to hear that this was your experience as this is by far not the normal outcome. In order to protect users accounts we are not able to cancel or delete accounts on our end and it has to be done by the user. I was able to find your support tickets from last year and saw that it was explained how to go about recovering your password and what to do if the email was not getting through to you. Unfortunately some email providers will not deliver mail that they may thing is spam so it is encouraged to add our emails to your contacts to help avoid this. Thank you for your review.

I had no problem with hmw until I came to shrimpy. Here it was complete mystery what is current hmw, how it was changing over time and what exactly current fee is. The crypto payment system was completely unintuitive. I wanted to pay my fees, but because it was so non transparent I missed one payment and already lost my following to leader and also hmw. If I wanted to continue using shrimpy I was told that I need to pay my fees twice, which I refused. I explained to customer service that I am OK with paying what I owed, but I refuse to pay it twice because of poor shrimpy UI. They told me this is how it is. I paid for yearly subscription and didn't even last 2 months, of course the 10 months was not reimbursed.

I noticed that it has been almost a year since you last spoke with us so I wanted to let you know that we have mad several changes in that time, including removing the HWM. No real feature upgrades They lost $1,000s by not executing trades that had automatic sell offs set, they acknowledged the fault and did nothing about it...."looks like a platform IT fault..." Shrimpy is a waste.

I don't want to put specifics on this platform but the tool that partially failed due to the exchange error has been totally redesigned to avoid anything like this from happening. The idea is great, the team is trying hard but it seems they're having trouble with the equipment during bitcoin market rush as it's not reliable.. doesn't rebalance. Also on FTX the rebalance was not functioning on the chosen coins at all. They need to fix that.

...only dropped a star because I liked it more when a manual rebalance was easy from the dashboard and the chat was more general (only split between support and users trading strategies). Now you have to follow a leader and participate in that particular leaders chat. Not as much general info gleaned from following one person. Still the simplest way to use a portfolio rebalancing strategy though. Clean, easy to understand site.
