Beware of the followers fees, they will catch you out if you "unfollow" and "refollow" causing you to pay double. The method by which they are calculated is also flawed especially if you've followed "pump" coins - DYOR. I highlighted this to the Dev team who said they'd potentially add a warning and refund the excess fees. Unfortunately they decided to later retract this gesture of goodwill with no explanation. Exceptionally poor business practice for small, short term gains. Platform also lags and locks-out during busy periods. I'd find a more reliable platform with better vision for the future.

There is a fundamental problem with Shrimpy's service that the devs refuse to acknowledge that can result in significant losses: If you have more than one portfolio set up, Shrimpy will, at random, and without your consent, move your assets from one portfolio to another. If you have follow-trading set up, this can result in significant losses because you will not be following those trades until you manually move your assets back when you happen to notice it happened, which you may not. I contacted the Shrimpy support and was told this is a problem with Binance's API. It cannot be, Binance's API and Shrimpy Portfolios are completely unrelated things that do not talk to each other. After being told (read: lied to) that this was the problem, I was promptly banned from the user chat before I could respond. This is the behaviour of a scammer. Do not trust them with access to your exchange account, find something else!

I am pretty sceptical between what they say in their backtests and the reality of their service. On the paper it seems very interesting, but after paying their one year package and used it for two weeks, their platform is very laggy, don't even try to open the chat support window.. It updates your purchase quite long time after doing it, refresh, back to previous page and even open an other tab. Shrimpy makes some sell and buy orders here and there, but it's far from accurate. So many times it buys BTC then sell it, without purchasing the other coins, rising the fees expenses we would expect to reduce with it. While diversifying all my portfolio evenly ( same % for all cryptos I always end up with one more than the others, Btc in 97% of the cases) It might be because the script has some restriction like maximum spread or slippage, But nothing let you know about that, also they could add a lot of data analysis to see how perform one coin compare to others. In the end I am really wondering at which point this platform is doing a good job at rebalancing. I check the order book and many times it stops after trying only few time. No feedbacks of the actions. Could be nice to have a chart showing the comparison with just holding the assets. To me the platform is still in beta version. Lot of potential, but I don't want to feel too much scammed for what I paid.
