ShrimpyReviews of shrimpy.io

Worst copy trading platform I've ever seen. You guys manipulate all statistics...

I have been a customer for a long time now. I have several portfolio's for several strategies I use. As for rebalancing Shrimpy is my very best choice. Very happy with their service. About me: I am trading cryptocurrencies for several years now. My portfolio strategies include: 1) Investing long term (HODL) 2) Investing Mid Term through Rebalancing Techniques (Shrimpy) 3 DCA and GRID trading useing 3commas and Pionex. As solid as it gets! :)

Très pratique lorsqu'on veut tester plusieurs portefeuilles différents et comparer les performances (ou gérer les portefeuilles des membres de la famille) Un outil très simple et efficace. Je recommande vivement.

I have send three separate emails to Shrimpy support for help to reset my 2FA to access my account. I have had no response! However, the debit order on my account works like clock work… so I have paid for a service I cannot access. Disappointed!

In 2021 i started to use Shrimpy and it was working fine, sometimes there were problems but that was rare and they were quickly solved. But end 2021 and 2022; Most of the times is not working at all. It's so worse that i even don't use it anymore and i paid for a whole year january this year. The main issue it have is that when it rebalancing the coins it got stuck for at least a whole day and ot's doing absolutely nothing anymore. I reached out to the customer service a lot of times without any result. The issue is occuring over and over again. They say if another api is also attached to your exchange this can cause this issue, but even when it's not the case this same thing is happening every other day. Waste of time and i recommend to use a free service like Pionex for instance even if you can only have max 10 coins in your portfolio.

I decided not to renew my account for a further year, due to the fact that I have wound up making almost no trades. Although I thought I had communicated that, my subscription in fact auto-renewed. So I requested cancellation and a refund, and these were processed promptly and professionally. Thank you

Thank you for the excellent service. Alyssa, addressed my issues, with instructions for bala balancing my automations. Best

I received good service recently from Alyssa and other at Shrimpy support. My automations on Gate.io had failed, and Alyssa's information, which was sent to me approx half a day after I emailed, explained the occurrence. I fixed it by, basically just waiting and renewing the API. But if I'd needed the support to act, they were there and in the loop, responding to me.
