I was using Shrimpy; it was working well most of the time. Then I decided to become a "leader" that is where it started to get tricky; they are supposed to transfer a certain percentage of profit generated by your subscribers to you. I found them not transparent in accounting for profits and commissions, to say the least, and decided just to stop using them several months ago. Then yesterday, without ANY prior notice, I was charged for the year ahead. Support refuses to refund. Support also claims that payment notifications had been sent, but this is a lie; the inbox doesn't have anything of this sort, and I'm ready to prove it. UPD: got refunded through PayPal dispute

I got charged for another year without notice Apparently the service is in auto renewal and Shrimpy doesn’t send *any* emails prior to the date of autor renewal, so I got charged for another year when it’s been months since I don’t use it. So I emailed customer support right after I was charged and they said they don’t reimburse. That really sucks, because I was planning to keep using your service later this year but now I won’t. I also brought you 3-4 clients but I won’t be recommending Shrimpy anymore 2. I missed a great opportunity I was decided to sell at certain point, having made great profits. I set the order, though it had gone through, and didn’t check until 3 days later. To my surprise, it hadn’t gone through. I like to think it’s a UX UI problem to console myself, with that confirmation button so low to the right (which I think they changed in the new design). Sadly, a bitter experience. If you really care and have the decency to reimburse me, I’ll change my mind, and will update this review. My case is #17992 UPDATE answering to your response: I work in tech so I know the blackmailing problem, but your promotion emails reach my inbox perfectly, and those are automated, too. I asked my partner who used the service too and he didn’t get any, neither. Stop excusing and offer a good service guys. If you have tech problems you don’t know how to solve, offer other solutions, like reimbursing for a non requested service. Also, you answered to my thread asking “May I ask why you've decided to cancel your subscription?”. What a joke 🤡 UPDATE 2: They finally reimbursed the money. Changing the review from 1 star to 3.

I am new to Crypto and even though I have learned a lot since I dove in back in Sept. 2021, I got Shrimpy thru a recommendation which I found after I purchased the yearly subscription and then found a big learning curve, so I just let it sit there. Fortunetly, thru another group I became better educated and since their program is not currently using binance.us, I got back into Shrimpy armed with what I learned but then even though I am able to do trades for accumulation, I am still finding Shrimpy difficult, not so much to use but understanding how to use it. I think they need to have a training section called 'Shrimpy for Dummies'!

Good service. Can be cumbersome to learn and configure, but worth it. Update: Removed 1 star for providing my email address to TrustPilot, which is now spamming me. :/ Also, commissions should be paid immediately for referrals. Something changed with the referral program AFTER I had gotten a referral - and I still haven't gotten paid for it. Update #2: I started receiving marketing emails from TrustPilot after the survey was completed. And they are being sent to a unique email address that I only provided to shrimpy. Don't provide customer information to other companies, please, or this could happen. Per my correspondence from Shrimpy, the referral program was changed in October 2021. I have a referral on the books from prior to that date that still hasn't been paid.

I stopped using the service as It didn’t work for me. Was not user friendly enough. Then shrimpi was really insisting on keep paying when I saw no gain in my portfolio.

In een neergaande markt verlies je ook met Shrimpy....in een opgaande markt kan je sowieso winst maken zonder shripy. Ook heel vervelend dat je verplicht iemand moet volgen.

Hard to tell if really working

Overall recommended. Two things missing: a. better performance charts - did I make money or loose money? is the chart going up me adding funds or asset price going up? b. ability to manually create portfolio from coins I have on give exchange; i would love to high level way easily control my pf spread over 4 exchanges without having to log into them
