SHRIMPY is a scammer/hacker, I connect my Metamask wallet to their platform I lost my usdt in my wallet. And I report to them but they don't take responsibility and I understand that this is the way how they steal our coins.

strappare i soldi ai tuoi clienti è così poco figo. Grazie a Dio per il Global Fund Retrieval, sarei stato un disastro in questo momento

Don't trust this company or software with your money. I have experienced 10 major issues over 12 months of use. Including Stop Losses being missed or being activated accidentally. Resulting in thousands of dollars being lost or tax conditions being triggered. Worst part is the support is full of excuses and will never compensate you for your losses as they are not governed by anyone and will ignore you as they please, even blocking you from leaving negative comments on all their platforms. I don't understand your response? I stopped using this faulty software after it failed me the 3rd time and your support team simply responded with 'bad luck'.

They never update their website. Social copy trading never works. Rebalancing of account with api is very late. A lot of problems. Useless dashboard. No mobile version of website. Bootstrap etc.

Hello there! We actually recently redesigned our entire site at the beginning of the year to update almost all of our features. As far as the social copy trading, that has also been updated and is working exactly as it should. It appears that you left our site prior to all of these changes being made. If you would like discuss trying our site again you can reach out to [email protected] and ask for ShrimpyAlyssa.

They only care about making money. I lost lots of money with them! They are like robbers!

Hello there! I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our refund policy. Unfortunately we are not able to compensate for losses as that is a risk that comes with trading of any kind. Thank you for your review.
