Vida’s KN95 masks are a terrible fit. They are tight on all adults in my family-and we are all average to small sized. They tug at the ears and dig into the face. Masks should be snug but these are simply too tight. I was also not able to leave a review on vida’s website, which is suspect. I’ll give one star for the nice selection of colors.

Update: 03/02 - Still absolutely zero response or communication from VIDA after sending them a message to the email they left in their response to my review. 100% a sketchy company that I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE do business with. Zero stars if I could. Update: 02/17 - I responded to the email they gave me in their reply. Even if it’s a 1 hour cancellation window vs 3 hours is irrelevant because I emailed them within 30 minutes of placing the order. I sent a message to the email address they just provided with screenshots and time stamp of my emails I sent them. Doubtful I’ll actually receive a response…but will update my review if they do and make things right. Placed my order on 01/12. Within 30 minutes of placing my order I emailed customer service to cancel. Their website states if cancellation request is sent within 3 hours of ordering, it will be honored. I never heard back. I emailed again on 01/16 to confirm that my order will be canceled. Never heard back. Today I got an email saying my order was shipped. Cancel my order like your website says!! Horrible unresponsive customer service. I want my money back!

I have an order that shows to be ready to ship and it is still waiting to be picked up even though I paid for two day shipping. I ordered 6 days ago!

The Vida Kn95 mask are very uncomfortable and do not fit well. You are only able to return if the sizing is incorrect. Do not buy unless you plan to keep no matter what!

Ugh. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering five vaccination card holders for Christmas. I ordered on Nov 29 and paid $18 for two-day shipping. Today is December 10 and they are "at the warehouse," whatever that means. Not sure this is a reputable company. Will give them another week to deliver and if they don't show up by then, will TRY and cancel order. Update: December 17 -- have received one vaccination card holder. Other four are still "at the warehouse." VIDA reps have said supply chain issues due to Covid are holding things up. But on their website they still say that the item will ship in 1-3 days after ordering. It is wrong of them to lie like this. I have downgraded my review to one star because of dishonesty of company.

Ah, things I never thought I would have to buy: a pack of FDA-registered masks for my child so she can go to school and not die of a lethal airborne disease. For a long time, she wore cotton masks, which would get soaked after a stint on the playground. Strangely, this bothered her not one bit, but it bothered me. The VIDA masks stay on (though you may need mask extenders), stay dry, and stay comfortable. I’m super excited to buy these for my son—exactly what I thought the future would be.

I purchased one at the start of the entire COVID situation after doing a lot of research. Loved it. Also purchased a few others for special occasions and was never as happy and kept going back to my single black cotton one. The little nose piece in the mask makes a ton of difference. Has a small issue with a missing filter which the solved immediately. Lost that mask so I purchase a new one. Love that one as well.
