I've purchased 2 cotton reusable VIDA mask and 1 VIDA silk mask. I like all of them. But, the issue is that it's difficult to insert the filters into the mask. Since the filters need to be changed regularly, you're going to have to struggle getting the filter to unfold when attempting to insert the filter into the mask. VIDA used to have a cardboard tool that made it a snap to do, but, it appears they no longer offer that tool because the masks have two openings now which they believe makes it easier to do, but, it doesn't. The openings where you will attempt to insert the filter through are too small to get more than one finger in to help insert the filter. So, you need to decide if it's worth the annoying hassle to try to insert filters into these masks or find a mask that does the same thing as the VIDA mask does, but, with less hassle to change filters out.

If there was a score lower than 1 that is what this company would receive. This company sells fake masks. I have tried for a week to receive instructions on how to return the unacceptable masks. The website is misleading. DO NOT buy these masks. They are not labeled and stamped properly even though said to be KN95 masks. Ace responded with all of this jumbo gumbo….articles from internet. Not reliable documents. I am a senior citizen on full time Oxygen. I can not take a chance with my health and yet the company refuses to provide me return instructions. Their company states that they guarantee their product or money refunded. Fake!!!!!!

This company rocks! My initial order was lost in the mail. I contacted customer support. They responded within 24 hours with care and support. They had a new shipment sent out -no charge- which I received within 2 weeks ( I live on the east coast). Their check in emails were timely and friendly. So nice to experience such sincere customer service!

Mask have a chemical smell. They are not individually wrapped. This company is not listed with Better Business Bureau where you can see more reviews of their products. They are not an authorized facility to sanitize and recycle used medical products. BE AWARE.

The Vida customer service rep (Janice) worked diligently with me to help find a solution for my order which worked well for me. I really appreciate her focus on customer satisfaction! Great customer service = a happy customer. A happy customer = a loyal customer !

Masks took many days to arrive and are neither N95 nor KN95. Website says made in FDA approved facility and they do have some testing yet the advertising is misleading. They don't qualify as anything other than a general mask.

Paid $19 for 2 day shipping. Took almost a week. Don’t pay extra for shipping. It does change delivery at all.
