Do not order from this company I have been trying to get a refund for weeks , many emails sent , claim they can't find the order number sent photos of confirmation , this is not a leggit company , no contact number , shame on me for falling for this.

Beware, if you have an issue with a mask. I love their masks, they have great quality and are comfortable, BUT, they do not stand behind their product! On my second order one mask was defective, I contacted them, they wrote back and asked for pictures, which I sent. 2 weeks later no answer from them. All they need to do is replace the mask. I should have known when I saw no contact phone number for them that somethings not right. It’s a shame because it is a good product, but customer service is just as important as the quality of the product!

Great masks! Super nice and stylish. The material seems sturdy and the filters are great. They do take a while to deliver BUT website mentions that so it would be unfair to give them less stars for that. I wish they would ship faster but overall the pros outweigh the cons (shipping).

I've ordered these masks 2 times. They fit great, they are washable, and I hang them to dry. The filters are light weight and reusable up to 7x if you are just going to the store and not exercising or sweating heavily. I shared one with my sister and she just ordered more too. Be patient they take a few weeks to arrive. My husband wears one too.

After receiving and wearing my Vida masks I gave them 4 stars. They are very comfortable and I am able to wear them for long periods of time. The filter can last for 7 days, unlike other filters I have bought that last only 12 hrs. They are washable and made of good material. I gave only 4 stars because of how long it took to get them after I ordered. But since then I have reorder filters and those came in rapidly. Overall great buy!

The mask took a long time to get i canceled order but was still charged and still received mask. Beware if u buy the color gray its not gray its more like a green. The masks are built nice though and the earloops have rubber adjustable pieces that make more comfortable. The price was nice and it came with 1 filter.
