I waited 3 weeks for delivery and received masks that barely fit my head is not large. Doesn’t come close to fitting my husband.

I got the California made mask. The mask is really soft and generally comfortable but it isn’t fitted under the chin, rather it just sticks straight down allowing the mask to ride up when you talk. Having the filter is great but it also adds to the flatness of the mask against the mouth making it a little harder to talk. The nose wire is pretty weak but works. I used a discount code so I got it for a great price but the mask isn’t anything special considering you can get a simple layered cotton mask and same PM 2.5 filter in other shops. I still like the product since you can tie the strings around your ears or around your head and the texture of the front layer is really nice.

There are some really glowing reviews on here, and I just think maybe they ordered very different masks. The wire in the bridge of the mask I ordered was super flimsy and basically useless. The mask does not fit well. It is not sewn well. I cannot recommend these masks.

MADE IN CHINA, these masks are not made from California. The fabric are low quality and they shrink. The adjustable piece falls off after adjusting for the first time. I really hoped that it was what they advertised but it is not.

Scam. Wish I never purchased masks from this “company”. I placed an order of masks for my family and I (8 masks) on May 4th which was 2 and a half months ago. My order says “fulfilled” on their site but when tracking it says it hasn’t even arrived in California USPS - just “label created”. Emailed and a woman named Roda responded swiftly saying she would contact USPS and because it’s something urgent she would send out a copy of my original order which should arrive within 10 days. This was a month ago. Have reached out several times since to get an update on where in the world the masks are and haven’t gotten a response to any of my messages. There’s no phone call to contact - they encourage you to email them but then they don’t respond. They took my money and haven’t sent my masks or the masks their customer service rep said she would have sent out. It’s the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Their marketing masks that aren’t even in production and they clearly don’t have them produced nearby since it’s taking so long. If you’re going to take nearly three months then you need to issue people a refund or the least you could do is update them on EXACTLY where in the world their order is. I highly recommend everyone to NEVER make a purchase here. Wish I would have read these reviews prior to ordering since people seem to be having issues with their product. They have some nerve telling people to please email them to resolve their issues when they aren’t responding.. Update: After posting this I finally got an email from Vida & come to find out it was word for word the exact same message template I got from “Roda” a month ago - this time by “Edel”. With another email saying thanks for your order (the order I made 2.5 months ago) but with today’s date. It says delivered... and there’s no tracking number attached. This is absolutely ridiculous. 0 customer service. Terrible business practices. So frustrated that I’ve wasted time and money here. Where are my masks?????! Where is my money?????

Masks did not have a metal nose piece and the filter that was promised. I purchased two and the exact masks that they said would include the metal nose piece and the filter because I was researching long time for one that included both these things but it didn't have any of these things. The mask delivered were just cloth masks. Nothing else.

These are the most comfortable masks we have found and work well for my whole family. The materials and design make them easy to wear for a variety of face sizes and the flexible nose piece makes them the best I have found for wearing with glasses. There is enough variety of colors that we could each find a color we like and it is easy to keep track of which mask belongs to which person. The option to insert an extra filter or not is helpful. For super hot weather we are wearing them without the filter and they still are substantial enough to be protective (can’t blow out a candle through them). I have also given these masks as gifts and highly recommend them

Great masks -- favorites! Since we can't purchase N95 masks, we buy these because they are washable, comfortable, adjustable and fit perfectly. The filters they offer slip into the mask easily. They are fashionable, too. We want to be able to change masks daily, and these Vida masks are great.
