Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money! I ordered May 2 and it’s 2 months and I’m still waiting. I reached out June 10 and was told that another shipment would be sent. That was 3 weeks ago. All stuck in preshipment....I ordered great quality masks from other companies and received them all. The BYOM is the best we’ve tried. I’m going to be disputing this with my credit card company. I’m not the only one with this issue. This is a scam.

I'm really happy I found this company!!
I just placed my 3rd order with VIDA. My mom has trouble seeing in other masks she's tried and has fallen a few times because of it. She loves these!! Mine and my dad's glasses don't fog up as much. I DO have an issue with sucking in the material, but that happens with all of them. I have emphysema and COPD, and it's a little easier to breathe in these. Their customer service is outstanding!! I've had a couple of minor issues when ordering, and they got back to me immediately each time, even though they said it could take 7 days or so. And the issues were resolved immediately. I'm very happy to have found such an honest company!!

Not the best quality but you get what you pay for
I ordered the two pack mask during the pandemic and just received earlier this week. I will say the quality was way less than I expected based off of the reviews. But currently you can easily find them anywhere at this price or less (non designer which these aren't). Save your money and only purchase where you can actually feel and see the quality.

Took forever
Took forever, but I new when I order there would be a delay. I went to the website TWICE and cancelled the order and never heard anything back. I assume whoever checks for cancellation just doesn't do the job they are employed for. order #304842

Love both the masks I purchased
Love both the masks I purchased. The fit is the best of all the brands I have tried. Shipping took a month, but the web site did advise buyers of this. I wish shipping was quicker I’d the only negative thing I have to say. Very happy with the purchases.

Not well made
I unfortunately bought 4 of these masks. They are made of flimsy fabric with a thin wire across the nose that is already poking through the fabric. It will not withstand much washing with the wire. The adjustable side pieces are not very long, are not very elastic, and will not work for everyone’s sized head. The filters that came with them are nice.

Excellent masks
Excellent masks, most comfortable I own. I ordered the masks along with 50 million of my closest friends so the shipping/making of the masks was backed up. Vida kept me informed of the progress and I believe I even received the masks before the estimate. The only a negative I have is I received the same order a few weeks later, and the company is difficult to contact, understandably as its a small company and these are extraordinary times. I did get a person quickly through their Facebook page. Overall a fabulous experience and I'm very happy with the masks!
