My name is Rose and I design for VIDA. I love their concept of providing world wide help to so many Countries through the purchase of a Vida Designer's products, as well, Vida products are one of a kind and they work with excellent fabric. I myself, have ordered a few items and love each one. So far, I've not had any customer concerns and all were more than happy with their purchases.

Did not receive my masks
Ordered a mask 8/2 and still have not received my $400 order. I emailed them to ask when it will ship but i got the generic answer. What a crappy company! Do not buy!

I should have looked here prior to…
I should have looked here prior to ordering. First off, if you don't have the product in stock, say so and state that you are out of stock. As soon as I placed my order, it then said 10-15 days for shipment. I needed the product for my grandson who was traveling. He left today and the masks are still in the 'being prepared for shipment' status.

It's so hard to find a fashionable mask…
It's so hard to find a fashionable mask that isn’t just a piece of useless cloth. But ShopVida has a ton of really beautiful and actually safe masks to chose from, got one for the whole family!

Scam company
I ordered masks on 8/7, and still no shipment. I used email address I found in this string of negative reviews to still get no information on shipment. I wish I had read these before ordering. Starting to realize this is a scam company that I am going to have to report.

Poor customer service
Even though there has been a disclaimer on their site that orders take 10-15 business days to process, we are beyond that time frame with no communication. This company is clearly not able to meet demand and good luck trying to get a response, or your masks. If you decide to try your luck, pay with a method that you can dispute later if you get scammed.

Good luck
I ordered masks for a flight on 9/1 back on 8/9, thinking that I would have them well before my flight. They still have not shipped, so I contacted customer support. Their response: “ The shipment of your order is still in progress. We allot a fulfillment time of 10-15 business days for our warehouse to pack and label your order. This is indicated on the product page of our website.” The masks may be good but the company is horrible.

I've emailed every account I can find for this company and I haven't received a response for my over 400 dollar order. At this point, DO NOT BUY. I'M calling scam. All the articles that mention these masks must be PAID by vida. Take your money elsewhere. Another thought, every legit company is sold out. This company is still selling....
