I ordered a can opener through Amazon that fizzled out just after the time period to send it back. I was able to contact Kitchen Mama directly, they asked a few questions, and quickly sent me a new, better, model within a week! Very helpful and extremely friendly customer service!

I ordered the Kitchen Mama hands-free can opener on Amazon. It arrived today…and then I realized it was a Prime deal now. Kitchen Mama VERY quickly answered my email and gave instructions as to how to obtain an overage credit. Worked like a charm. Personal and friendly service.

I had ordered the Orbit One through Amazon. Upon opening the product and checking out what's inside, I was missing one of the blades. I reached out to Kitchen Mama through customer support. I was really amazed how soon they got back to me. I was expecting at least 2 business days to get a response. I had gotten a reply less than a day. After emailing and responding to customer support, the agent was able to resolve my issue in a quick and professional manner. Not only was he quick and swift but, I was surprised that they sent two blades instead of just the one I needed. Overall, customer support exceeded my expectations and was very polite, professional and quick with responding back to me. I was amazed how fast I received the replacement blade as well. Following communication with the company re my can opener that stopped working, it was replaced immediately by friendly staff!! I will definitely purchase again!!

I recently lost the use of my right arm and I was gifted a Kitchen Mama can opener from a friend. Unfortunately I got a defective unit. I emailed customer service and Cara quickly took care of my issue with incredible empathy and grace. I had a new unit in less than a week after reaching out. I can't tell you how rare this type of customer service is from any company. I am a Kitchen Mama customer for life. Because of this experience I decided to pay it forward and I purchased three more auto can openers as gifts to friends and family. Even if you have full mobility, being able to open a can and continue to cut onions or tend to a pot is a game changer in kitchen efficiency. Thank you Cara and Kitchen Mama for a great experience and a great product. It has made a huge impact on my life.

My first Kitchen Mama can opener lasted for several months but stopped working. I thought it was a fluke and threw it away and just ordered another one. The second one also broke after a few cans. I returned the second opener to Amazon for a full refund. Amazon gave me a link to Kitchen Mama on their return webpage. I sent an email to Kitchen Mama and vented to them about my frustration with their product. Even though I had returned the second one for a full refund, they sent me a replacement new one free of charge. Their customer service is wonderful. They were very concerned about what had happened and were truly interested in my satisfaction with the product. Great company!

I had experienced some difficulty with the device which would not operate Kitchen Mama customer service was easy and clear to deal with and the unit was promptly replaced Refreshing to experience good solid customer service and I do love the product.
