I received the can opener as a gift. I love the way it opened cans with the push of a button, leaving no sharp edges. One day, it stopped working, so I contacted Kitchen Mama and, boy, was I surprised. Within 4 days after sending them my information, a picture, and a video, they informed me my new can opener would be delivered the next day. I was both surprised and delighted at the service I received. I will definitely recommend products from Kitchen Mama. Thank you for a great experience.

I purchased a Kitchen Mama can opener from Amazon in January 2024 and recently it stopped working. I usually don’t have much faith in Amazon sellers as honoring their warranties. I contacted Kitchen Mama and was greatly surprised how quickly they resolved the problem by replacing the unit and following up that I received it and was a happy customer. I would definitely purchase products from them again. They are a wonderful caring company.

Perhaps I should have read the reviews prior to purchase. While, in theory, this is a wonderful idea, it seems something is lacking in production for there to be so many complaining that it stopped working within or close to a year. Once reported to customer service & after a few back & forth emails with Serge, I did receive a replacement.

My can opener broke so I contacted the company. Their customer service was excellent—they helped troubleshoot and then sent a replacement promptly. I can’t remember receiving such good customer service in recent years!

Bought the can opener in February. Used to open cans about three or four a week. Last week was opening a can and the opener continuously ran around the can. Would not reverse and release. Looked up the warranty and saw original packaging was required. Decided to contact kitchen mama anyway. The response time to my inquiry was almost immediate. They requested pictures of the device and a short video and a copy of the order invoice. I sent requested information and once again an almost immediate response. They said they would send a new opener out once they could complete processing. One day later I receive an email saying the replacement will be here tomorrow. I have never experienced such prompt service to an issue from any company. Outstanding!

I sent a query about the blade screwdriver as I didn’t see it in the package. Within a short timeframe the same day I received a nice and helpful response from Serge/ Customer service regarding where to find the item and there it was!! Nice experience, thank you.

the customer support was absolutely outstanding. Kudos to Serge, who was enormously helpful. It's rare to find such terrific customer support.

They replaced their product as advertised. I have two of their can openers and one failed to turn off. They replaced it. I’m surprised they did not ask for the old one back so they could find out why it malfunctioned. Anyway, I discarded the one that did not work.
