I was very pleasantly surprised to be able to get a replacement. My problem was quickly addressed and a replacement was sent promptly. A great product that I love.

I'm very impressed with the Kitchen Mama…
I'm very impressed with the can opener and with the company for the Kitchen Mama can opener. Their feedback and willing to listen to me concerning the problem I had with the can opener was excellent. Their customer service Staff was prompt, and didn't hesitate to give explanations and instructions on what I needed to do.. the can opener is a great product and would definitely recommend.

Never thought I’d be so impressed by a can opener
I really like this can opener for multiple reasons including: - it can stay tucked away in a drawer - it doesn’t require any cranking - it doesn’t leave sharp edges Unfortunately, mine malfunctioned after about 6 months of use. But the customer care from Kitchen Mama was fabulous! In this day and age it’s rare to have a positive experience when it comes to customer service. The Kitchen Mama crew is the exception! Overall, great product from a quality company. 👍👍

TOP TIER SERVICE…
i ordered the rechargeable opener and could not find the screwdriver in the box and so I reached out to customer service. They responded immediately and helped me find it inside the box. Wonderful interpersonal skills and well informed about the product. I Highly recommend this company and product!

Facilidad en la garantia
Se estropeo el abrelatas al mes de tenerlo. A traves de Amazon contacté con Kitchen, y en tres semanas estaba resuelto el `problema, con un nuevo aparato en mi casa. No hubo ningun problema en el cambio del aparato y en todo momento fueron muy amables.

i loved this can opener,
i loved this can opener,. however a year into its use, i enountered some problems and i contacted the customer service. Nicca is one of the representatives and she was extremely helpful and followed up on all my questions and actually to my surprise sent me a replacement unit. It was a very pleasant experience to deal with Nicca and her team.

I love this can opener
I love this can opener! It is so easy to use and no more sharp edges. I even bought some as Christmas gifts!!! Also, the support staff is A- 1. I had a question about when to change the batteries and how to know when and they were so kind and answered my question right away.
