I had my unit stop working after the…
I had my unit stop working after the 1st few weeks. Contact customer service and received nothing short of outstanding help. They help me run a few test and then sent me a new replacment unit without questions. Highly recommend this produce (Kitchen Mama) and the company's service department. Thanks You so much.

Amazing Customer Service
I had trouble with my Kitchen Mama can opener. Even though I waited quite awhile to contact the company, they were very receptive and responsive to my issue - and sent me a new device! I am thrilled with the customer service.

Best Customer Service
Unlike most companies, Kitchen Mama's response was extremely prompt. They first suggested ways of correcting the problem at home. When that didn't work, they gave me very easy explicit instructions to demonstrate the problem. Within a week they emailed me that a new replacement was ordered and soon to be delivered. Wish there were more companies like Kitchen Mama.

KM a Great Company
My first Kitchen Mama can opener stopped working, so I decided to contact the company to see if I could trouble shoot the problem. To my surprise, after sending some videos and pictures, the company sent me a new one. It's rare that a company sees the value in accommodating its customers instead of ignoring them. Customer service is top notch. If you are looking to buy these kind of kitchen tools, Kitchen Mama is the place to go.

The KM can opener is an AWESOME product. I received it as a gift and was very pleased with its performance. I had a problem with it and contacted their customer service. They were very pleasant and easy to work with and they resolved my issue quickly. Great product and great company...

Truly amazing customer support
Truly amazing customer support. My new-ish Kitchen Mama (purchased in January 2025) suddenly quit opening cans. I contacted their support people and within days I had a new one in my hands. Probably the best customer service experience I've had in years.

Great customer service
When I emailed Kitchen Mama customer service about an issue with my electric can opener, they responded very quickly, were very attentive and kind, and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I appreciated the great service and timely honoring of the product warranty.
