When I had a problem with my Kitchen Mama opener I called Customer Service. I received excellent service. They were polite , prompt, and had incredible service in communicating with me .

My can opener stopped working after a…
My can opener stopped working after a few months of use. I reached out to support and had a new opener shipped to me within a few days. The support is excellent and quick to respond

great customer service
I bought one of those handheld can openers removes the lid, rather than cut the lid. I would not be using it much (most cans I get are pull ring). I guess I got a lemon because it stopped working after 3 uses. Since it was not used much when I contacted them it was a day past the return option. They went above and beyond to get me a replacement. They did not need to do that. My opinion: that is huge.

Our Kitchen mama
Our Kitchen mama, an automatic can opener, unfortunately fell off a kitchen work surface and from then on did not work. I contacted the supplier and they asked me to try a few things to get it to work,but to no avail. As it was still under guarantee,they replaced it.

Support department was very good!
We liked the kitchen mama and found it easy on the hands. We did have an issue with our first one, and found that customer service was very effective and communicated well. We are very happy with the service department, and so far the initial concern appears to have been addressed.

I originally purchased a can opener…
I originally purchased a can opener from Kitchen Mama in 2023 and just recently the can opener became defective. So I emailed KM regarding the issue. To be honest, I was not expecting any replacement but more like asking them how I can fix it. The staff kindly pointed out how I can fix it but I can’t seem to fix it. Without a doubt or question, KM kindly sent me the replacement! This is a best company that will stand behind their products and services! I hope they will continue to prosper in the future!

A wonderful experience
Even though my new, fancy Kitchen Mama was outside of its warranty date, the company bent over triple-backwards to solve the problem I was having with my can opener. They understood my concern, suggested a possible 'fix', and followed up to make sure it was working properly and that I was satisfied. Thank you, Kitchen Mama

I had a Kitchen mama can opener for years.
I had a Kitchen mama can opener for years. I just loved it. I ordered a new one, but something happened to it in about a month, it Fastened on to the can and wouldn’t come off. I contacted the company and they were very helpful and considerate and sent me a new one. I am thrilled! I highly recommend this can opener and this company.
