Kitchen Mama-Beware
I purchased a Kitchen Mama, and the product worked well for a few months. The battery ran out, and I charged it, but the charge didn't take. I had it for 8 months and contacted the company for a replacement, but they kept asking for more information and stalling, so I knew they were not going to honor the 1-year warranty. So, beware of this company.

Kitchen Mama Can Opener
I purchased a Kitchen Mama can opener. It is simple and easy to use. Has no exposed sharp edges so is safe around my kids. I love it! Randomly it stopped working and Kitchen Mama responded to my email promptly and replaced the product within days. Excellent customer service! Excellent product!

Grinder replacement was simple
Grinder stopped working. Team shipped replacement post some please try this and report back... completely fair. : ) Still LOVE the can opener THE best, but when I broke my dominant wrist... these grinders were life savers. : )

Excellent product and service
Excellent product and service. We had an issue with a grinder and they replaced quickly and didn't hassle us. All the products (can opener, grinders, scrapers and multitool) work fantastic and add a ton of pizazz to our kitchen.

Our electric can opener stopped functioning
Our electric can opener stopped functioning after about 11 months. We contacted customer support and they responded immediately. After only a few email exchanges they gladly sent a replacement, which we received in only a few days. It's very rare to get good customer support anymore. I can't say enough about the efficiency, kindness, and promptness of their customer support. We were very happy to do business with this company.

Great customer service
The customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful with addressing an issue I had with the gravity grinder. One of my favorite kitchen gadgets, highly recommend this along with the can opener!

Quick replacement
My can opener malfunctioned and was quickly replaced. I am grateful for the speedy delivery of a new one. Thank you very much! I love the way I can reuse my cans to store the remaining food since I’m single and usually use half a can!
