Serge did an amazing job with his customer service. My opener would only turn for a few seconds then turn off. Serge helped me trouble shoot then replaced my opener when the old one still wasn’t working.
I love my hands free can opener!

We love our Kitchen Mama can opener! I had never heard of the brand, and just picked it randomly off Amazon, but it turned out to be an awesome device! It lasted for years, and we liked it so much, we immediately ordered another! We had a slight mishap with the second one, months after purchase and reached out to them and was shocked to get a personal response!! After a few questions, & a few pics, they promptly sent out a replacement! WOW! That’s amazing customer service, behind an amazing product! A+ Love these guys!!!

Outstanding customer service
Serge, the company rep with whom I dealt was outstanding. He is the consummate consumer advocate. We love our Kitchen Mama can opener. My wife has arthritis in her hands and cannot use a manual can opener. This is the best electric opener we have used.

Product issue handled promptly by friendly people
We love our “Yes You Can” Kitchen Mama can opener and it has always worked perfectly, until a few days ago when it refused to let go of the can lid. I opened a ticket on the Kitchen Mama web site (shopkitchenmama.com) and waited to see what would happen. Even though it was after working hours, in less than two hours I received a very pleasant, personal email from “Team Kitchen Mama” offering to try to resolve my problem. They asked for some additional information, which I was happy to provide, and again got back to me very promptly. Ultimately they sent me a replacement can opener (in the same color, nice touch) which arrived in my mailbox just a few days after I initially reported the problem.
This has been one of the best customer service experiences I have had, not just because I got the product replaced, but because of the kindness, politeness, and obvious desire of Team Kitchen Mama to address my problem in a straightforward, prompt, friendly, and personal manner.

I love my kitchen mama can opener
I love my kitchen mama can opener. It was a lifesaver when I broke my arm and wasn’t able to open cans. I purchased a second one for my daughter and I couldn’t get it to work, but customer service was outstanding. It was a simple problem and they were able to solve it for me Beautifully.
