The person handling my call was incredibly helpful really friendly until the time to listen to everything I had to say before providing a really effective solution. I cannot recommend Kitchen mama highly enough.

Great customer service
Great customer service. My Kitchen Mama can opener stopped working 11 months after purchasing it on Amazon so I emailed them. They quickly followed up and asked me a bunch of questions and then sent me a new one. All customer service should be at least this good. Thanks, Kitchen Mama!

Above and Beyond
my kitchen mama quit working after about 14 months. Contacted the Company and they verified it died and sent me a new one even though warranty was only for 1 year. Great Customer experience!!!

Great Customer Service
Had some trouble with installing the batteries, but Serge helped me along until it was finished. Word to the wise: Use single use batteries, which fit, instead of recyclable batteries, which do not.

Wonderful Customer Service!
I received help from Serge and Mandy when my Kitchen Mama stopped working properly. I was given instructions on how to troubleshoot and when the steps didn’t work for me they graciously and quickly sent a replacement. They stand by their warranty and I appreciated their help very much! I am very pleased with the customer service I received. I do really like the Kitchen Mama can opener so I am glad we were able to work things out. Thank you Serge and Mandy for all your help!
