Having the kitchen Mama battery operated can opener, it stopped working on me with very little usage. I bought on Amazon so I was passed the window to replace it. Contacted kitchen mama customer service, though they took long to resolve my issue, back and forth emails providing proof of purchase, providing video, it was replaced after about 2.5 weeks Shipping was fast for my replacement.

Kitchen Mama - superb! Amazingly great customer service - prompt, attentive, efficient, friendly and generous! My auto can opener failed to open cans after just over two years of very light use (most cans I buy have ring-pulls). After inquiring whether a contribution towards a replacement might be possible, and after providing video & photo proof of purchase and defective operating, a full, free replacement was provided. Amazing service!

We were surprised at how quickly the support team at Kitchen Mama got back to us when we asked for a replacement for our electric can opener. The one we had purchased a few months ago was working great--much easier than trying to crank lids off by hand. So we were more than satisfied with it. But it got stuck on a can and then wouldn't engage. We emailed the support team and explained the problem. The support team replaced it within a few days. I have purchased several can openers from Kitchen Mama and I must say they are truly well made easy to use and require no maintenance. The warranty is excellent and if you need to speak with customer service, they are extremely attentive to your needs and care about customer relationships I would highly recommend this product.

I am a senior that bought one touch and the ease and safe lids was such a great solution. So, I got another one for a birthday present for my daughter and she is thrilled. I have two more daughters with birthdays coming up, therefore, more of the family will be happy with this quality product.

I ordered a Kitchen Mama hands-free can opener in December 2023 from Amazon during CyberMonday sales. I have carpal tunnel syndrome in both wrists and early stage arthritis in both hands, so operating my manual can opener and even a standard electric can opener was becoming too difficult and painful for me. Enter Kitchen Mama. What a great tool! Truly hands- free with one touch of a button and it cuts the can lid in such a way that it does not leave a sharp edge. Fast forward to July 2025. I mistakenly rinsed my Kitchen Mama under running water to clean it and water got in the motor. I reached out to the company via email and explained what happened. I received a prompt reply. They asked for model and serial number information and a short video showing them the problem with its operation. Without asking further questions, they sent me a new Kitchen Mama free of charge! Even though it was 'my bad' that it was no longer working properly! This kind of customer service is virtually unheard of these days. I'm beyond pleased and remain a happy, loyal customer.
