From my recent experience this company genuinely cares about it's customers. I raised an issue with my can opener that I purchased to meet my reducing dexterity needs over a year ago. I then unfortunately became unwell and was unable to answer some questions that were asked but I advised Nicca in the customer services team of my situation and the reply I received wished me all the best for a quick recovery and not to worry as we could pick up where we left off once I was well enough too. I can't express how wonderful it was to have a company that saw me not only as a customer but as a human. Once I was finally well enough I responded and I was advised that my opener was outside of the warranty but that as a good will gesture they would replace it for me as they were so pleased to hear how much my can opener improves my independence in my home. A huge thank you to Nicca; your genuineness, patience, and care was clear in all the emails you sent. I hope that other companies take heed in how this company interacts with it's customers.

I have weak fingers and Kitchen Mama alloys me to open any can completely pain free. Its also fun to watch going around the can.Customer service was outstanding!When the post office sent ours to another mailbox they promptly sent us a new one.We eventually had the original one returned to us and wanted to send it back but they let us keep it!-Jean Kindberg

Overall, customer service was wonderful! We had an issue with a can opener after using it for only a couple weeks. The customer service representative was very responsive and helpful. We received a replacement product within a few days and the replacement works flawlessly.

The can opener is very easy to use. Unfortunately, it did jam and bend when opening a can during the first year. The company was very responsive and easy to work with to replace my opener since it was still under warranty. I had a very positive experience!
