Hi, Thank you for sticking with us for eight months and for the honest note on delivery. We've since moved to new shipping lines, and if you're a US customer orders now arrive within two to four days, so you shouldn't need to plan around it any more. I want to clear one thing up, because it matters to me. Our collagen is not made in China. I completely understand why it felt that way when a parcel takes weeks to arrive with no update, and that's on us, not you. At the time you ordered, a fault in our checkout was carrying the subscription option through on some orders when it shouldn't have, and your emails went unanswered when they should have been picked up the same day. Both were our mistakes, and both have been fixed. The checkout now shows one-time and subscription as a clear choice, and any subscription can be cancelled in one click under Manage Subscription at the top of our site.
