I have been trying to get in touch with their support to get information on how to return the product but I have not received a reply. I also need to stop the reoccurring subscription that I did not authorize- NO REPLY. I contact my credit card and have placed a report on them to not authorize a reoccurring charge.

It does work but don't expect it in a week. My spaniel took nearly two months before the scratching really dropped off. Now on month four and she's fine. I'd say give it at least 8 weeks before you judge it.
