Product is doing what it says, my bulldog's skin folds aren't red anymore and she's stopped scooting. But the box arrived crushed and one bottle had leaked a bit. Customer service replaced it quickly to be fair. Would give 5 if the packaging was better.

Vey rapid response to my email stating that I did not subscribe to a monthly subscription and that any further bottles of their product was totally contrary to my wishes/ directive. My dog will not contemplate this supplement. Customer services have cancelled my 'supposed subscription' which is great. Thank you.
