My original order was placed on 4/20/21. After placing the order I noticed the seat adapters were taken off the internet order. Called the next morning and was told it would be added. Received a confirmation email that morning with an estimated arrival of 9/7. Received the order a couple of weeks after that date without the adapter. Called next morning and asked how to operate the manual lumbar and order the adapters and was told it would be shipped after the weekend. As for the lumbar support, I don't think it has it. There is nothing to adjust it. The confirmation email for the adapter said 10/18. After two weeks, contacted them to find out when, and was given a date of 3/14/22. Skip ahead to today 3/5/22, received the final piece yesterday. Installation was typical of aftermarket products. I had to stretch one of the brackets to line it up with the factory holes in the floor, drill the seat bracket to accept the screws, shim the overall width to fit the floor, and adapt the seat belt buckles to the frame. The seats bolted right up to the seat frame. Overall, the quality is nice. The stitching looks great, the fabric is stretched perfectly, they are very comfortable. I would have given them more stars if I received everything I ordered (lumbar support) and the seat frame fit the truck perfectly. Would I buy it again, yes.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a swivel seat for my drivers side, they sent the passenger side. I did get a return label easily and swapped it out for the right part. I received the same passenger side today. Wasted all that time when I could have ordered somewhere else.

Please read and believe all reviews on extremely long deliveries, shipments not being delivered as promised, no updates, poor customer service, etc. it’s all true, go to another vendor. This company is very unreliable and unprofessional. I will be requesting a refund shortly. They aren’t even accredited by BBB and I’m sure from my experience and reading other reviews, it’s for good reason!!! The one star, is for the sales line answering, because purchased updates line surely won’t answer! Update: 20 week delivery (okay, custom, take the time), but quick to throw out supply chain issues, sure ride that excuse. Supply chain issues, do not push back deliveries, in one to two day intervals (multiple times), when you had 20 weeks.

Same as the other reviews below mine. Bought a seat on 6/30, was informed it would be shipped by 11/16. Haven’t heard from Shop4Seats by that deadline so I called, and that’s when I realized this company doesn’t care about customer service. After several failed attempts reaching their phone number, zero emails answered, I got to talk to Amanda and to Lynn, and none were able to definitely answer when my purchased item would be shipped. I got a few new deadlines (11/30, 12/3… I’m writing this on12/6) that came and went. I got a verbal confirmation from Amanda that my seat would be shipping by last week’s Friday and lo an behold, it’s Monday afternoon, I already called twice and got the little easy listening hold music for 20 minutes, and I have no tracking number, no confirmation, nothing. To this day I can’t shake off the feeling that there simply is no seat. I’m getting ready to contact my credit card carrier and start the refund process unilaterally. Update, same day: after close to one hour on hold I got to speak with Amanda who dismissed my concerns for a more proactive communication. I asked why isn’t anyone answering my emails, or keeping me updated regarding the so many exceptions, and it didn’t seem to communicate any real importance. I could tell I was being put on speakerphone; she went on to say “your voice sounds distant.” I called her out on this infamous tactic. I was told the item has not shipped and that in 24-48 hours I’ll be getting a call from the production manager… that’s remarkably disappointing.

Similar to all the other reviews. I made an online purchase of an rv captain's chair on 6/2/21. It is a "made-to-order" product so it was not due to ship until 10/19/21. 10/19/21 came and went with no notification. on 10/20/21 I called in and spoke with customer support. They were friendly and told me they would get with the production manager and find out when it will ship. They told me they would email me the new ship date in the morning. I did receive a new ship date of 11/4/21 the next morning. 11/4/21 also came and went without notification. I was unable to call back until 11/8/21 and left a message. No callback. on 11/11/21 I called again and spoke a different customer service person. They told me the same thing about contacting production team and told me they would email me another ship date. I did not receive the new ship date until 11/17/21. The new ship date was 11/29/21. Today is 11/29/21 and as of end of day I have received no information from Shop4seats. I am furious now but after reading these reviews I am not surprised. If I don't have a shipping confirmation by morning I will be demanding a refund.

Ordered RV Captain’s Chairs June 3; told they would ship in 4 months. Called in mid October for a status update; told they would ship 10/20. Called on October 28th, no answer and finally went to voicemail where I left a message. Did not receive a callback. I called again and spoke with Kasem, he said he would get back to me via email with a status report. I had to follow up again two days later and was told again I would receive an email regarding the shipping date. I did receive an email 11/4 saying our seats would ship on 11/14. Also on 11/4 I received a shipping notice from FedEx saying the delivery would be the 6th. The seats arrived and are beautiful! Unfortunately, one of them has power lumbar and the controls do not have a switch for power lumbar! The wires for the lumbar support are there, just no control switch! I started the entire call and email procedure again. Eventually, I spoke with Kasem and emailed the photos of the incorrect controls and he assured me it would be handled immediately. That was several days ago. I have made calls, left messages and emailed and received no response. Truthful communication is a requirement of customer service. It is not too much to expect a call back or email outlining what the company is doing to rectify their mistake. If I do not get satisfaction this week, I will contact my bank and file a claim with them for the cost of the lumbar support along with the price to have the proper controls made locally. I have had tremendous success with my bank handling these type of situations; it pays to use my credit card. They always take care of things immediately. Unlike shop4seats.

Horrible customer service and in my opinion deceptive. Ordered seats for my 1998 GMC in April 2021 and after placing the order was sent an email stating ship date in August 2021 (this should have been disclosed prior to them charging my card the full amount in April 2021). In June 2021 was called and informed by the company that the power base was no longer available and order was changed to reflect the non power base. Ship date in August passed with no shipping notification, so I called them for an update. New ship date of September 2021. Seats arrived in October 2021 with not mounting brackets (these were the one I ordered, but they said were no longer available, they were to exchange them for the non-powered brackets/base). I called Lynn and was told they were sorry and would send them out on Monday. I have called several times over the last 30 days and given a new ship date each time. Basically I have very expensive seats with no way to install them and no customer service to correct the issue. To add insult to injury, the three seats do not match with the center seat having a different color accent from the other two seats. I sent an e-mail with pictures to them last week and guess what...No response. I am truly sorry I ever did business with his company. UPDATE 11/18/2021 They responded to this online complaint asking me to call them and discuss the issue.. No thanks, they have my phone number and email address, I don't have time to sit on hold for two more hours. I have called them over a dozen times and sent e-mails about my complaints directly to their customer service address. I received the brackets a few days ago, but they have still not bothered to follow-up with me about the delay and mismatched seats.

I placed an order back at the end of June over the phone, I was told the items would be here the first of November. I am just trying to get an update on the status of my order, I never received a confirmation email or number. I have been calling 800-454-1801 for over a week and all I get is a busy signal. After seeing all the negative reviews I am a little insecure about my order.
