We bought captains chairs that we thought would be real leather. They are NOT. Then in spite of that, we needed to match the captains chairs, so we bought the matching dinette set of cushions. Then, again to match, we bought the matching electric recliners. Not only are the recliners uncomfortable, but the electric controls failed in less than one year, and even though shop4seats is replacing the controls (in the backs of the recliners) it will be more than 8 weeks before they can ship the replacements, at exactly the time when we use the RV the most. DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! It is a rip-off from start to finish!

Presently a 1 rating unless they stop providing me with false information about shipping my $2k+ order. Agent at ext 130, said the item is in stock and will ship the next day with confirmation of tracking number. Next day came and passed. Followed up, requested updated status, received the same feedback that item is in stock and will ship that day later that day - it did not ship. Third try calling back again and they said it will ship tomorrow the next day, it’s been 6 days since placing the order. I hope it does ship. If not, we’ll be requesting a full 100% refund for misleading sales information.

Very good customer service up front before the purchase during the purchase, wasn't able to work with the same person all the way through the process not sure why started out with Zach ended up with the manual ordered a qualtex discovery RV seat for a e450 Ford chassis everything mounted up good except for their base to their seat very cheap little screws unhardened pretty scary that these four little cheap bolts are going to hold me in the vehicle if that's in an accident. The seat sits higher about 8 in higher than the original seat so unless you're a little person I don't know how you're going to fit in the seat and not hit your head on the ceiling of the RV and then also the the backrest part of the seat comes down and hits you right below the shoulder blades when it should come down and wrap around the back of your head and hit you right about in the neck area so your head sits above the seat about 6 in look at the dimensions before you buy one I wouldn't recommend buying one of these again go to a junkyard buy a 2002 GMC half ton pickup leather seat and make your own mounts.

I love the seats but don’t buy them for any pickups because they don’t fit they sit way to tall and I spent 3 days redoing there bracket that’s 4 inches to short and when I called them they said that professional shop is supposed to mount them.(but why was I not told about that when I purchased them) They had them send me pictures of what I did to make them fit and I took everything back out and sent them pictures only to find out that they don’t care about customer support luckily I have a fabrication shop and was able to rebuild there bracket to lower them 4 inches and they still sit 15 inches above the floor

I ordered the seats explicitly for a 2002 Chevrolet 1500. This truck has integrated seatbelts. When I called in to let my salesperson know he encouraged me to "Rig something up". I told him this was my sons truck no thanks. They gave me back my money but the shipping was more than the seat. No more buying from them!!!

After I purchased my seats only a few weeks an armrest had an issue and I called them and they sent me a replacement, thankfully. Later that 1st year I had the piping begin to peel on my $800 seat (Purchased 2) after 11 months and had forgotten the date I bought the seats. When I called and explained the seat problem they said sorry you're out of warranty by 2.5 weeks. I realize after reading all these reviews, and MANY are only ONE STAR, that this company DOES NOT care about their customers. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS these guys are inconsiderate towards their customers. I realize they build a product and after the warranty you're on your own. The Customer Svc. Supervisor Richard was kind even though I was upset but he stuck to his guns; no warranty and no other assistance.

They sold us leather furniture and cushions (i.e. their "Ultimate Leather"). It turned out to be vinyl which looks like leather. Their stuff is a COMPLETE RIP-OFF !!

Purchased 2 captain chairs for our class A RV that i thought were leather. They are not. Would have been nice to actually know that without searching their site for a definition of leather. Waited 3 months for delivery. Went to install the seats the passenger seat fit with some adjustments to the bolts but the drivers seat needs a special mount because we purchased a 6 way adjustable motor. Called to get special base and was told 8 weeks for delivery. Thats insane. Why didn't someone call from the shop after the order was placed to check on the base. Had i known it needed a special base i would have ordered it then. 8 weeks is estimate for delivery. I guess everything they make comes from china.
