I purchased a citrine and silver ring on Nov. 4 of last year. After many difficult weeks of bad communication with Perry's, I called PayPal last week and my money was promptly refunded on Jan. 26.
I love citrine and this is a lovely ring - at least in the photos. I have bought many items from Perry's, so I reordered it.
I did see that on the Lucky Spin page, my name is blacked out. I suppose this is punishment for something that was never my fault. Disappointed in Petty Perry's.

Dear Denise. I'm sorry you feel that way. Our products are NOT cheap stuff from China. We actually have people making them handmade for us, and we sell them for very low price, which means our profit is in the good case just few dollars per order.
When you ask to return something after using it, we lose this sale. That is why we ask you before we agree for the refund, if we can do anything to make it right for you, such as choosing another item for free or changing the size or color of your order.
I'm sorry it made you uncomfortable, I didn't check your specific order with my customer service team but I am sure you were refunded after telling them that you were not interested in our offer.

Alexandrite Sapphire Necklaces ordered 2 but only received one at present…
I recently ordered 3 rings and 2 Alexandrite Sapphire Necklace. The 3 rings came and being the cost which was very cheap and I'm happy with them. The problem I have at the moment is they were supposed to send me the two necklaces but the parcel I received with the matching tracking number that came from China had a Qty of 1(one)on it and low and behold it did contain just the one necklace. AtPerry keep saying that they had the two sent to me quoting that tracking number so I have emailed them a few times now and I'm still waiting for them to sort it out. This was only since last Thursday 17th January 2019 so I am hopeful that they will read my emails properly and realise that China only sent me one necklace. I feel I don't think I could order anything from them again. Shame as they do lovely things at very reasonable prices.
Update 23rd January
Very nice email to say they have now hopefully sorted my order out and they are going to send my necklace they owe me and a free gift. I will update again when I have received them.

Just to say AtPerrys have now fulfilled my order received today the Alexandrite Sapphire Necklace that was owing me and also received a free Mystic Topaz Ring free as compensation for mix up of my order. Just like to say thank you. Just now waiting for the two free silver twisted 18 inch chains to arrive now as they found that the necklaces didn't come with chains now but for my trouble they are sending me two. Have a tracking number and they are on the way. Perry's have kept their promise and sorted my order.

Today I have received the 2 silver twisted chains as promised. I would like to say a big thank you to Genesis from Perry's that kept me informed throughout. The delay appeared to be in China and the Chinese New Year but just very pleased all sorted.

Buyers beware
This business is not accredited by the better business bureau. On one website it said they had a rating of F but apparently that is incorrect. However, They will send you the wrong items and falsely advertise and they do not care. They sent me one tiny pyramid when I ordered a set of 7 pyramids. Now they will not respond to me. It was $33 dollars for the set with an original price of $65. They tried to tell me I only ordered one pyramid. I laughed so hard. Who would pay $65 for one tiny crystal pyramid the size of my thumbnail? The drop down menu had options for you to choose which metal color you wanted as there is some engraving on the pyramids. There was no option to choose which stone you wanted. They continue to say I ordered one pyramid and even edited their ad to say one pyramid. I'm not returning anything because they falsely advertised. They spend all their time posting on Facebook but won't respond to me to solve this issue. The other items I ordered came straight from china and were super cheap quality. Buyers beware.
Update: They finally got back to me after I was all over their Facebook making their ethics known. And they finally gave me a refund because they know they were wrong. They even changed the ad to say single pyramid. However they did not fix their drop down selections and it still gives the buyer to choose ink engraving color and not pyramid color so people will still be confused. They told me they couldn't send me the full set because it was too expensive. If I showed you the pyramid I recieved supposedly worth $65 you would laugh. It's a rose quartz stone worth about $5. Will not shop here again or recommend.
