I never got some items I asked for the bracelets were lovely but eventually fell apart probably cos I wore it every day and night! the Onyx set in silver with chain was ordered in February and came in April but now they say they are sending another one?? Its a very beautiful necklace. But 2 months wait is a bit too long.

I am editing my review to reflect the current status of my experience with this company. The supervisor has reached out to me consistently, with apologies and let me know that her staff was undergoing further coaching. She personally promised to resolve my issue, and gave me a discount, promising that if the system didn't process the code, then she would personally do it. She has been very accommodating and kind, and I fully appreciate that customer service is not always what it should be, but when the company endeavours to resolve it, then that's what counts. I can say without hesitation that the jewelry and crystals are amazing, and every piece that I've received is even better than advertised! Thank you Krystel!!
