I have ordered a ring from AtPerry's Healing Crystals (atperrys.com), the ring arrived after around 8 days. It was in a packed carefully, and the ring was lovely. Unfortunately I have ordered the wrong size, so I asked them to replace it. They answered very quickly and gave me their warehouse address, and already sent me a new ring. Very good service and prices. Service was given by lady named Emily.

We are sorry that you had to wait so long for your product. We have shipped it two days after you've made your order (the same day we charged you), but unfortunately the customs in Scandinavian countries have a tendency to stop shipments and require VAT and Customs payments. We are trying to deal with it on government levels. Thank you for your review and sorry about your experience. We will offer you 30% discount for your next order. Perry
