Found booties for less than half of Nordstrom sale price. Nordstrom didn’t have my size so I googled them and came across ShoeMall.com. Exact booties! I was a bit hesitant after seeing some negative reviews. I couldn’t be happier! Ordered on a Saturday evening and had them by Wednesday. Came with a return label, that I will not be using. Nothing but a great experience and super cute booties!

ShoeMall refuses to publish my review because I told the TRUTH. I thought that I was going to receive a NEW pair of shoe's but ShoeMall sent me a pair of used ones. ShoeMall wants me to LIE and I REFUSE.

Do not order from this company. I order a 7 Narrow boot and they sent a 7 B to me twice. They do not answer their telephone. They cut me off and I have had to wait an hour or so to talk to someone. I talked to a supervisor, but she said their service has suffered since they have expanded their shipping of shoes to other people. Totally unacceptable. I will never order from them again.

Buyer beware! “Their boots were NOT made for walking, and their customer service will screw you, one of these days, hopefully your refund will make it right on back to you.” I ordered $200 worth of boots from Shoemall.com and decided to return them via their preferred method of USPS. It is going on over three weeks now and still no credit back to my account. After having the “pleasure” of speaking with their incompetent, rude, and careless customer service representatives …that is of course when I was not put on hold for insane periods of time-not sure what they are doing, certainly not processing refunds-I am still left in the dark. At this point, I am better off walking from Chicago to their HQ’s in Wisconsin to have my refund processed.

Placed order for boots which thought wow 50 dollars less then other sites.. so next day thought I'm going to look at these boots again on this site and we're not able to b found.. crooked a__ people.. karma always catches up
