I bought a pair of Skechers slip on shoes and almost immediately the backs broke down. I don't think they sell top quality Skechers.

Products ship quickly and quality is good. Returns are HORRIBLE! They charge you $7.95 using their label. It is a USPS label that gets transferred to FedEx. They don’t refund until the product reaches a specific warehouse. I received 3 different emails telling me “We Have It and to wait another 7 to 10 days for the refund. Refund only came after I emailed informing them that It was the third email. I experienced this with 2 different returns. It takes about 3 weeks from mailing to see the refund. I will only purchase from them if I am 100% sure on the sizing and will be sure I will not need to return.

I purchased 3 pairs of boots for my daughters. I found a 30% off deal so I got a good price. The boots I purchased for my older daughters are great, BearPaw brand, good quality. No issues. However, the pair I bought for my youngest was too big. So I immediately completed the enclosed form and requested an exchange for the same shoe, different size. I mailed the boots back and waited. About a week and a half later, I noticed a credit on my credit card account. I was refunded the price of the boots minus shipping for the return. I assumed the replacement pair would be charged. However, after 2 more weeks....nothing. No replacement boots, no new charge, no correspondence. I finally emailed customer service. They responded saying that my return was processed and that there was no exchange. Case closed. Nevermind that I had requested an exchange. So here I am at the end of November scrambling for boots for my daughter. I did buy some locally but I was waiting for almost a month thinking that her new boots were coming! So dissatisfied with the return/exchange process and customer service.

I'd give them NO stars if I could. I ordered some shoes, the style was too narrow and I could not find anything else that I found appealing so I sent them back and requested a refund. It has been almost a month. A week ago I sent an email inquiring about the status. They say it has not been recieved an I reminded them of their prepaid return label that they could track. Shocking, they tracked it and said they had it and were processing it-this was on 6-14-18. I still do not have a refund!! They said if the complaint wasn't satisfied in 7 days to reopen it-which I did. I got a reply to that saying please call us. I have currently been on hold for 10 minutes. Finally a CSR came on and says my refund wasn't processed let me get a supervisor AAAAANNNNNNDDDDD I'm on hold AGAIN!! I am going to revise my review a bit. Finally got a supervisor and she is manually processing my refund-which will take 2 business days. Her reasoning for the delay is they are short staffed and have lots of people out on vacation. I am an office manager. We plan our time off to make sure our departments are covered....

Don't do "free shipping!" Their warehouse is located in Chippewa Falls, WI. I live in the same state and my package is now in Los Angeles, CA!!! First, it went to Minnesota, then back into Wisconsin... to a town that's only 15 minutes from my house and it sat there for 4 days and now it's in California. I could have just driven to the last place and picked the package up myself! According to the tracking info, it is not supposed to be delivered for a week, now, and before, it said it would be delivered today... so that's 11 days total in transit, when it could have taken 2 or 3. I know the shipping is free, but this is pathetic!!!
